    This might be a miss step by MS..this only adds to the 9 opposing States arguement in demostrating that MS has the technical know how and the motives to change and accept a stiffer judgement..

    It does this in two ways.

    Remember MS's arguement has always been that any change wil drastically affect them economically..has not happen yet even with the first change to accept the terms..(the first change was to eliminate exclusive delaing contracts back 2 years ago)

    Two, it indidcates that Ms wil only deal with the actual terms they agreed to not what nay Judge can hand down...basically thumbing their noses at the court again but in a more polite manner..still will not wokr!

    But seriously, the third choice is either .NET or J2EE using oipen source....With the world ecomony declining for the next 4 years in resposne to USA's declining economy to election year ...Worl midlevle companies which encompass 90% of world GNP do not have themony to deploy boht webservices platforms from high priced vendors..

    Thus you will see a marked increase in opensource deployment of boht webservices platforms rather than vendor offerings..

    Usually after they recieve an email from me stating that every new email from them will cost $15,000 plus court costs they stop..

    Theb you get one or two idiots like Bruce Cullen one fo the extras from the Movie Outbreak who are so focused on the myth tha tthey wil earn money that they will attempt tot attack you with DOS attacks, email slpamming, and other attacks..

    Fact Two while Ms proclaims that open source is a virus or evil they through their coding improvements of the opne source system at Hotmail actually contribute code back to such projects as gcc...

    Ms cannot have it both ways..if its wants peru's money it has to prove theirs is a better system both on performance, security and total cost..an arguement they know they cannot win thus the attempt at buying their way into Peru through the Ambassodor..

    Its time to take Ms down for the count.. since the states or doj are afraid to do why not us the consumers and users..

    Lame Myths about Moon:

    1. Landing was staged..wrong rock my friend and wrong fiction as well..try Red One with OJ Simpson early 1970s movie about fake landing on Mars

    2. There is no chees on the Moon..However there is religion that bases their worship on the moon in fanatical portions they even put the lunar cresent on all their flags..not to mention they worship a rock that they claim came from the moon..

    3. No un manned probes went to the Moon...Russia has expertise at crashing un manned probes on the moon...Nasa are you ready for lessons?

    Truths:

    1. Nasa is looking for new funding sources to feed its monopolistic behavior and is looking at putting Bill Gates on the moon..no word as to whether this is with Oxygen supply or lacking an oxygen supply

    it Has not changed as far as MS's concern about writing secure code..

    MR Blox(MS Employee) in his comments recently about whether the new C++ library to prevent buffer overflows should be required to be used by MS programmers listed as optional!

    But here is the kicker we poor open source coders seem to be able to write code without buffer overflows..maybe MS programmers are just plain fucking stupid!
