    The cars aren't connected to each other at this time, they just react to other drivers based on what they see, same as human drivers. Except much faster and without distraction.

    No, it's pretty much the cost. Rail is a way better way to travel than air for travel between cities, but it's way overpriced.

    You're comparing it to cities a fraction of its size. San Diego is the 7th largest city in the country. You need to go down the list to the 19th largest city, El Paso, to find one with a lower murder rate.

    It's also very unusual for a suspect to be holed up in a foreign embassy for 5 years. That doesn't explain why it needed to take them this long to accept the obvious fact that this is an unusual case and just do what they need to do.

    You're assuming there will be the same number of insured cars on the road. Self driving cars can be utilized much more efficiently so families may need less cars on the road. Also, car sharing models like Car2Go may also become more common resulting in even less ownership and far few auto loans.

    If a segment of DNS is critical to our survival than I'm sure it can survive quite long without any mutation. But some arbitrary strand of DNA with no relevance to its host organism's survival can and will mutate freely.

    New physics doesn't generally contradict old physics. It may provide more precise predictions or cover edge cases that the old theory didn't handle well, but we will never discover new physics that tells us apples fall up from the tree instead of down. That is the reason for skepticism around something like the EM Drive.

    The 2014 Cruz didn't have Android Auto, so I don't see how that's relevant at all.
