Richard Branson is failing pretty hard with this one. In the time it took them to design and build this aircraft SpaceX has developed its reusable booster and heck even Amazon has been to space now. All Scaled Composites has to show for the millions invested and the time invested is a suborbital flight and a rather spectacular failure.

And lack of availability. There's absolutely nothing stopping content providers/publishers from streaming their own content for a small monthly fee - after all Netflix, Amazon and Hulu have proven there's a market and the setup is not a billion dollar investment. But these fuckers are too lazy to adapt their business, thinking they'll get away with charging inflated prices for their "scarce" crap forever.

Absolute rubbish. Venezuela was in trouble at $100/bbl. Has been in trouble since Chavez, but Chavez was better at keeping his house in order. I'm sure Maduro would like to blame oil prices but the real problem is his corrupt out of control government. But I'm sure he and his buddies eat very well.
