Of course we'll also find out if this new pancreas will just have its beta-cells destroyed by the hosts' immune system the same way the original pancreas did...
No I have a story from 2013 where GIMP stopped using sourceforge, and announced it on their very own webpage. Download from sourceforge at your own risk, everyone knows it's utter shit.
but they likely have better reliability, better bandwidth, better backups, and better security than a "nontechnical" person could provide for themselves.
Another one who doesn't bother to read terms of service.
It's actually a controversial subject and not everyone agrees. However I have the advantage of being able to measure my trees and measure the biomass that is being added per year on my farm. Feel free to come to my farm and bring your measuring tape and hypsometer.
Not actually true. As part owner of a tree farm we've looked into carbon credits, etc. CO2 sequestration is highest in the first few years of growth and then gradually tapers off. You probably get more CO2 sequestered in the first 20 years than the next 80.
Some individuals can sell themselves very well. That's why you find a lot of poorly qualified people with jobs they clearly don't deserve to have. Other people aren't too good at the whole job application process and convincing people they are the right one for the job. So they get passed over even if they have better actual skills. Seriously do you plan on hiring a candidate based on coding skill alone?
They can block the proxies too. You try accessing Hulu through a proxy from outside the US, for example. All it takes is for someone to say "if you're using a proxy you obviously have something to hide and therefore must be evil".
Don't knock it till you've tried it.
If you've ever had my lamb chops with brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger glaze covered with mint sauce, you'd know they go very well together!
You must be new here.

TOR is getting a lot more research attention now. That can only make it stronger in the long run.
Right. By that logic civil liberties have never been stronger. I mean they've been studied since ancient times.
Did they not run this thing on the ground for a few weeks?
Why bother. It's fun doing stuff with other people's money. They'll just launch another kickstarter for LightSail II.

It makes many have access to your data, too. Don't worry I'm sure the cloud provider will appropriately say "oops, sorry" if/when they get hacked.

You know I don't REALLY kick puppies right? :)
Not to mention the fact that - who drinks tapwater nowadays?
Yeah British women are all disgusting. Seriously there are plenty of Americans with bad teeth too.
That promise also comes pre-broken, just so you don't have to worry about them breaking it.

40GB should be enough for anybody. In fact since you complain, your ISP will probably lower it to 20GB.
Yeah Titanfall was about that size too - 50-odd GB if I remember.
It's one way to cut down on piracy.
This couldn't be a marketing ploy to increase pledges for the next stretch goal(s) at all...
