There are some local news channels that used to actually post the mugshots of men who were caught soliciting prostitution. It was interesting how quickly prostitution went down after that. No one wants their wife to see them on public access tv.:)
Ah, that must be it then. I've got CRS (Can't Remember Shit) so yeah. On the psychofurryewok thing, I've used it as a handle since I first got on the internet at nine. I'm not aloud to change it, too attached even though it is childish.:)
My WAP often times interferes with my cellphone for some reason. At my house when the WAP is on my reception drops madly. I don't know if this affects you as well, but it might be something to look into. I've noticed that if I stand by a window when the WAP is on it gets a lot better too. I dunno, weird things, the WAP shouldn't interefere...I don't think so anyways.
Yeah, remember that one movie from the 80s I think where comptuers handled everything technical and people just went about their lives. No one ever learned any of the basics or any of the complex even for that matter, machines handled it all. Then one day the computers failed and the entire world dropped back into the dark ages. It was something along those lines...but, yeah, your comment made me think of it.
...but for laptops without an OS try www.sager.com Sager laptops are top notch, cheap price, support linux (mostly) and can be bought without an OS (do the customize machine thing and you can choose it all.) Also, www.pctorque.com who is a sager supplier offers some torque's to Sager's for just as cheap in case Sager doesn't have directly what you're looking for.
Unfortunately I think I may see what they are attempting to do. Although I do enjoy seeing Microsoft and Intel being pushed away, I do notice some things here. And that is that China is trying to isolate itself. China is closing up her internet, putting the entire country under a firewall so others can't get in and they can control all of their users. And here comes the start of making replacements for big international companies which they will now push away. Just a though however...
...doesn't this give me the right to DoS for the kick of it too? Heh...nevermind...that didn't make sense. But still, this does strike me as quite strange...shows how twisted things ahve become. Some can destroy property, but others can't. That's like legalize grafitti for advertising, but not for gang tagging.
I get like 4 virus e-mails a day, sometimes more. It's starting to become slightly ANNOYING! And being that my virus software is way out of date and is rarely turned on anyways. I have to pick them out myself. I know all the little things to look for thanks to SecurityFocus and other nice internet security sites, but still...it's a major pain in the arse.
Now...I could see paying the money if it looked sorta like the LCARS display from star trek, but otherwise...why pay for one of these? It doesn't even look spiffy in my opinion. Now...if you plan on buying it, then somehow modding your keyboard to have a little blue rimmed light around each key and everything else is black...then maybe it's worth it...
Well...I guess maybe #1 because it's free, however, it is often times hard to setup if you don't know anything about computers, but that's not who it's aimed at, neh? #2 Would probably be because you can do what you wish with it. Customize it to your pleasure! Don't you wish you could do that with your girlfriend?
I must say...excellent idea! I think I'll start doing it myself. Maybe even betetr yet, you could goto an internet coffee shop and blast people in Quake, then ask them to go play paintball.;-) But...sounds like fun to me. Just have to find a good coffee shop within 5 miles of me where I don't have to cross a major freeway.;-)
I never even heard of it...

This came out a year ago? Hmm...no one must have seen it, neh? I would normally go out and find it just because of the Linus appearance...but would Blockbuster really waste their Matrix shelf space for Revolution OS?

True...true...our rights aren't being killed (yet). But they are being restricted. The more restriction, the closer they come to be killed. If the restrictions keep coming, the less we will be aloud to do without having someone look over our backs or accuse us, etc. Just something to think about, neh?
First off...is neato a word? I'll have to check everything2...the only real dictionary still out there...heheh. Anyone else notice the ape who has worf's (the klingon for star trek next generation) voice? He's the one who is in charge of the camp down by the river. Also, Charlton Heston, is the dad ape of the military leader...General Thweed or soemthing like that. Anyways, Heston says that line from the original one, except now he's an ape saying it to the humans. "Damn them, damn them all!"

Would JAMWEAPON.EXE randomly execute?

It goes meep meep and then runs into walls. Haven't you watched the movies?
This one looks good though: http://pc.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/2003/1127/10704 29.jpg
Looks like a mouse droid to me. Meep, meep.
...stop all of the postal terrorists and their mail room shootings. Just smoke whatever comes through the mail and let the gun slip away...

As long as Pheonix/Opera/Mozilla/etc. finds a way to block it we can all surf peacefully. :) And it will happen or I'll develop it myself!

Even add an ice cube or two if needed...
Rarely I see a story knabbed from k5 and brought here, but hey...ya know...you got the post, right?

The saviest are the laziest. ;-) Of course I could, but why? It's such a waste of time, I keep updating and updating then a new one comes. Plif.

Is it worth downloading and such...then going out and buying a new joystick for? Or should I just let it pass on by and continue waiting for SW:G? ;-)

Why exactly does it run slow? Is it the OS itself or the browser?
