    Well, you know how the virgin birth came to be?

    The two gospels mentioning this, was based on a prediction from an even older, hebrew book from the old testament, and they just translated a word meaning "young woman" to "virgin" by mistake. All it said was that the son of god would be born by a young woman.

    Now, how do the Catholic church cope with the fact that the virgin mother is a typo?

    You have to be joking!

    Mini-vans (Europe: people carriers) use a lot less fuel than the best SUVs you've got in US. You just have to learn that you don't need a huge v8. There are 7 seaters which use less than 5 liters per 100km, which would be close to 55 mpg if my calculations are correct. Show me an 7 seater SUV with better milage!

    Don't learn Norwegian before you come here. Nothing attracts chicks like asking for their help to learn how to speak their language.

    And, some places in Norway, there are more people that speak English than there are people that speak Norwegian ;)

    The difference between Swedish and Norwegian are a few words and the tone. Just like English and Hip-Hop-Gangsta'-Wannabe-M*****F***ing-American.

    It's not like the installer has changed much since then either...

    but it's still easier to install than windows! ;)

    2 days ago, I installed slackware 12.1, and moved the raid from the older server... took me less than 1 hour to complete all tasks, and had a running server...

    All hail to the slackware god!

    As a Norwegian, I can say, Norway has always been corrupt!

    Maybe not the huge scandals that you get in the US, but there's always been something here and there, especially in the public sector. A good example is that Siemens is in trouble for wooing the military.

    Norway is not the great country it's saying it is. It's just that the fraud and corruption whistle hasn't been blown properly yet!

    No players supported the format. No discs where ever made - it was all on paper, so you could say that since there actually has been made BD100 discs, HD DVD was only ~50% of the size

    Also, the 3rd layer couldn't be used for anything else than data storage. It had no value as a multimedia layer.

    Well - has it been confirmed that there was bribery on both sides?

    Both Warner and Sony has denied any money transactions took place as far as I know. The only bribery we know of, is Toshiba/MS buying Paramount/Dreamworks, and still, consumers went for Blu-ray!

    The question if Sony did pay Warner, is just speculations from a losing side!

    Get real folks!
