    What I'm worried about is that we just ASSUME it's secure because it's encrypted.

    If the encryption is 128bit like the bank stuff or if the NSA/GCHQ get the CAs' Root certs.

    If it is, this is nothing but "Security Theatre"

    They have at least 3-4 years to go before you need to worry about that.
    Subsidized phone contract last 2 years or so you'll be fine.

    You should go back to whining about how bad your iPhone/Android is since nothing else is good enough.

    I read what is REALLY helping them spread are all those floating bits of plastic out there.

    Jellyfish spores need something to cling-to to survive.
    That used to be very hard in the ocean because it's all water.

    But today, thanks to plastic bits floating everywhere in the ocean, this is no longer a problem.

    PS: I heard that Blackberry phones let you remove almost anything you don't want and you can run android apps.

    IMO, Prem Watsa is just engineering the price of the stock down while freezing out other potential suitors with that "pays us 30cents/share if you sell to another" clause.

    Friday BBRY was at $7.77. Watsa's offer *was* to buy it at $9.00. Today he says "he changed his mind" and then 9:30am, *someone* bought 2.5% of BBRY for $6.46. And tomorrow morning it will happen again. (just watch)

    Watsa's Fairfax company is one of those predatory company that buys struggling companies, chops them up and sells the parts for more than the company was worth as a whole.

    Mark my words: He will buy BBRY sooner or later and spin off BBM at a price that will cover the purchase price of BBRY as a whole.

    Once the XP-lovers get burnt by a XP-only exploit and it becomes big news, they will switch.
    But something tells me that MS will not be happy with their choice.

    IMHO: Metro exists to give MS' marketing dept the ability to says that MS has the same look and feel regardless of the device.
    If MS made cars and trucks, both would have air breaks, a rolling back door (like you see on rigs) and attachments for child seats.

    CCIE was and still is one of the few Certs that I respect.
