    WAY better than Word 2010.

    If your WPD has anything fancy or long, Word will show what it understands and chop-off the rest.

    But in LO just works.

    MS Office does not have to work well anymore. The Lemmings follow the previous lemmings. (or the head lemming get a free round of golf with a MS rep...)

    At work we keep getting Surface-only issues:
    -Surface-Specific updates that won't stick
    -BT-gadget not connecting on Surface
    -Apps that works well except on Surface.

    This both Surface 2 and Surface 3. WTF MS! This is supposed to be your flagship device!

    I was sitting on the fence on getting one myself because they look well built until the Snoop-dates. That was the last straw for me.
    At home, I'm moving on to Mint or something else.

    A dog owner without a poop bag (Empty or full) is one that will not pick up.

    Disclosure: I have many dogs and I carry # of dogs +1 poop bags on walks. I NEVER run out of bags.

    It's called Intel Management Engine (ME)

    The management engine provides remote access capabilities, independently from the running operating system. It has full access to your RAM, and it has full networking support. It also handles the TPM module, AMT (Active Management Technology), Boot Guard and various DRM mechanisms. The ME also performs some basic hardware initialization and power management, on recent systems.

    I saw it on a coworkers machine and we were both disappointed.

    The whole endless list menu is way too long.
    Love the Single Letters too to make it longer still. /S

    If this was a tablet Ok fine but this is gonna cause training issues.

    How did it "become" an ISO standard?

    **History lesson: How MS got Office Open XML approved**
    MS paid the ISO membership fees for a bunch of new ISO members for that one critical ISO vote.
    The new members were so happy, they voted to approve Open XML.

    This way, the secretive and patent laden file format could be used in government bids where ISO file formats where required.

    Soon after this outrageous manoeuvre,
    ISO lost it's reputation and became known as I Sold Out.
