    What the fuck is wrong with you? you seriously think that someone that intentionally endangers peoples lives to the point they are killed doesn't deserve to be charged? this cunt is getting off way to light with manslaughter, you never point a gun at anyone as the consequences can be serious, this cunt pointed a whole SWAT team of guns at someone MULTIPLE times, eventually someone was going to die and it is HIS FAULT. He should be on trial for murder not manslaughter.

    IF you look at his past and posts I think Murder would have been more appropriate charge, it seems obvious his intent was to get someone hurt or killed, though I guess for prosecutors manslaughter will be the easier to prove and at least keeps him off the streets for a few more years.

    Japanese companies are no different, if anything they are even worse and will abuse the consumers right up and sometimes past what they are willing to swollow, e.g. Sony's rootkit or the "get a second job" so you can buy their console.

    even North Korean's current low end nuke estimates are an order of magnitude larger than Hiroshima and Nagasaki, it isn't realistic to compare the chances of survival against that. Also any sizable nuclear war it won't be the fallout or the bomb that is the killer problem anyway, it will be the nuclear winter brought about by the fires.

    People like Buffet are not dependent on any one currency, business or investment. He will have his fortune hedged against all likely eventualities including the yuan. He has massive investments in Chinese businesses

    Cryptos in general might not return to zero, however I would think Bitcoin will. It just has too many basic flaws, once its bubble pops I think it should completely collapse, it may or may not be replaced with something similar (but without the gigantic fucking flaws) but that is another question.

REALLY? being generous and saying each of these took 2 hours of his time what the fuck did you do with the other 1200+ workable hours of the year? no incentive to work means their is always an excuse to not work.

    they might have been created by parliament and could be taken down by parliament but they are and do act independently. If they didn't they would already have been destroyed as many of their boundary redrawings have resulted in the government of the day losing seats.

    pirating has a fuck load of disadvantages, it fails to punish the studio, shows them people want their stuff and all they have to do is put stricter and tighter controls and DRM on it. vote with your wallet, you are only kidding yourself if you think pirating is helping your cause, it is the worst possible thing to do if you want them to back off on the draconian restrictions.

    the negative growth is the increased gap between purchases, previously people were buying every 6-12 months, then it was every 2 years, then 3 to 4 years, now it is every 5 years or more. The simple maths on that will show a massive reduction in sales even with a growth of users.

    which is why iPad sales are down far greater than the PC market? the bullshit that an Ipad is good enough for even most home users is exactly that..bullshit. very few want to interact with a ipad or similar tablet as their way to access the internet, it is a fucking awful experience. My mother loves her iPad for games, crosswords etc but she will get up and walk to her PC to use the internet or mail before using that thing to try to do anything even remotely productive.

    I hope it is a good phone otherwise I will just have to go get a new battery for my s7. My work supplied phone plan lets me trade for a new model but I like my s7 with its "obsolete" audio jack, so will need to be something good to make me swap.

    No the alternative behaviour is to tell the user what is happening and let them choose whether they want to slowdown the device, run the risk of crashes or get a new battery. By not telling them they have mislead the user into thinking their phone needs replacing.
