  1. A vaguely word ToS that would ban, what, 80% of XBL users if they wanted to.

  2. The million monkeys with a million IDEs at this point.

  3. This isn't new coming from Facebook. This has happened many times before. Why is everyone scrambling to try and fix something that can't be fixed.
FB should just close up shop if they are thinking of doing anything moral or ethical (Which they are not. Dollar Dollar bills yall.)

  4. They have $90,000,000,000.
Why should I ever feel sorry for this company.

The media industry supports criminals, rapists, and other scrum, but sharing is bad?

These people make them money and that is all they care about.
I am pretty sure most of them would say Hitler is a good guy if they were making money with him.

Also fuck Amazon, Facebook, and most (if not all) of the top 50 tech companies. Agree with you there.

  8. What piracy? We have Netflix and a dozen other services without ads served for less than 10 bucks a month? I don't get it.

The problem is the dozens part. With each of them $5-10 a month.
Not one has almost all the content.
I might do a streaming service, if I can get 90% of the content and not 10.

  9. He is in no way sorry about this or the data they have collected.
He is sorry they got caught.

For sound quality, I know most don't care, but how can they stand listening to something that is an equivalent to a 128 encoded MP3.
Are they not bother by the hiss and crackles. They are completely obvious in most cases.

  11. 10 is no better than 7

10 is worse than 7 for even reason you listed above.
There is no point installing 10 unless its force upon you.

  12. HAHAHAHAHAHA
    No it fucking won't.

  13. Listening to MUSIC (sound) on a site dedicated to VIDEO (light).
This continues to boggle me that people do this.
Don't they know that the sound quality is a lot worse.

I'm kind of getting sick of this bullshit name "Creator's Update" that doesn't even provide any information on what they'll actually be putting in the update

It is a bullshit name. They don't want to say this is service pack 5 (or is it 6 with this), cause, you know, it would make them seem bad if they have had to release 5 (or 6) service packs for this and still is shit.
