I can't believe you actaully took the time to write that. Overly literal much? But thanks for correcting us on where the sticky white stuff that spidey shoots comes from.
Btw on the off chance you were trying to be funny... I'd say you missed, badly.
I read the line about the billion layers of clothing and figured thats good for -30 or better in a good wind... In -5 to -10 however, you would sweat to death then freeze to the pavement in a copsicle if you wear all that in -5 weather.
I ride my bicycle 365 in all but the worst snowfalls and its the ammount of snow never the temerature that makes riding bad. Its actually pretty decent riding in -25 since you build lots of heat by cycling at a good clip.
Snake Plissken: Got a smoke?
Malloy: The United States is a non-smoking nation! No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no women - unless you're married - no foul language, no red meat!

Hardly "mindless" Bush bashing there BCW2. He does seem to have a penchant for busting up treaties. Facts are not partisan. (see: the state of science in govt. story from yesterday)
Um I haven't checked out each of the scientsts on the list but they cover a MASSIVE range of scientific fields. Overall it would seem difficult to find a MORE qualified group of individuals to speak on "the state of science in our government"
Pray tell who would you ask for opinions on this, if not the scientists at the top of these scientific fields?
This isnt a hollywood star saying they think Bush is making crap up and playing with some results. These are the people who are making this science happen every day.
Facts are not partisan and its shameful that they could be construed as such.
Exactly what I was thinking. Also the words Price fixing come to mind. What happened to free enterprise and competition??....Oh wait, I forgot I was tallking in regards to a record company.
Adopting a vegitarian diet has been shown to drop the level of Diabetes type 1 and 2 to almost zero.
In several cultures where eating meat and heavily processed goods is rare the level of Diabetes is exceptionally low. Almost to the point of nonexistence. These same racial groups when exposed to the typical North American diet sow identical rates to other North Americans eating the same foods.
If you are really concerned about Diabetes then you shouldn't drink more coffee to stave it off. Don't eat meat or animal products. Simple really.
After reading that breakdown I`m honestly scared for what the U.S. is becoming. Not just from the fact that this abomination is even being considered, but also the fact that apparently no one in that country cares...
With this system all other P2P networks will go bye-bye Why bother searching for files when I have my friends 200GB movies and mp3 collection backed up on my machine! Its not copying its a Back-up! 8)
It's a well-established fact that religion causes violent behavior. Yet, somehow, we're still horrified and shocked by the recent string of child abductions, by schoolyard shootings, and by the wars in the Middle East.
Please, I urge all of you: boycott religion, or risk thousands more innocent deaths.
Speaking of Bellsouth.. I was one of the Techs at Compaq that was laid off when the contract went to ClientLogic.. I for one can say that a LARGE portion of callers that had delt with Clientlogic in the transition time ended up calling back very pissed off from the shoddy service.
Our management was adamant that we provide excelent service and first call resoulution even if it ment kepping the user on the line for 3 hours to do it.
It was funny that the people that lost thier jobs (20 some of us) could handle the same volume of calls as triple that number at Clientlogic and we would actually fix thier problems.. But we were all tech heads before we got dumped on that BS desk (pun intended) and not just joe anybody off the street.
Sorry Guido del ranto. The service here is often far better than the crappy service you seem to think exists here...
In the last 3 years my cable modem has probably been down a total of a weeks time. the rest of that time my servers are happily suckin on the bandwith teat that i pay less than $50 a month for...
Now I work for a large ISP and take ADSL tech support calls from 9 states... If I had thier service I would never remain a customer and ya know what?? they pay $60 (u.s) for crappy service.. YEA GO FREE MARKET!! Exploit your workers! Who cares about the quality of the product we just want the botom line!
Most every link will eventually connect you to something "Illegal"
where do you draw the line if linking to something Illegal is made itself a crime.. 2 links-deep? Fine I link to a search engine...
3-Links? ok I link to a page that links to a search engine...
etc...
once they legislate to 7 or more links you can include most any site out there in a lawsuit....
Microsoft linked in 7 links to the illegally published version of Kerberos that it wanted Slashdot to remove... Should they have sued themselves??
Banning links to illegal material would be the same as banning all links in essence...
mines smaller than yours! ... err... wait..
A real dictionary might have served you better.

Ever stop to consider you aren't the most important or only person in the class?
People who have the attitude you do are the reason many students don't put a hand up in class.
You aren't the one who would benefit most from this but others would, yet you can't see any use for them.
I can't believe you actaully took the time to write that. Overly literal much? But thanks for correcting us on where the sticky white stuff that spidey shoots comes from.

So... I read the review. I watched the videos... all I can say is... WOW.
Dunno if it is the worst ever, but it shure puts up a good fight for the title!
And for all those Dikatana fans at least it had clipping!
before calling bullcrap try just typing the words "diabetes" and "vegetarian" into google.

No not a dupe as far as I can see.
Last one was about the AD in the NYT.
This is a breakdown of the actual bill and what it means for Joe 6-pack.
Wow...
