    Facial recognition is not accurate.

    The most accurate method right now, and least intrusive is Iris scans.

    What you want is to have a False Acceptance Rate and False and False Rejection Rate percentage equal.

    "hackers" have been congregating on IRC since its inception, and IRC was made famous at the time of the Kevin Mitnick pursue.

    At any rate, anyone that has a clue knows that any communication passing through an IRC server (whether its a public message, and /msg, with the exception of a DCC p2p connection) can be monitored.

    What makes you think the FBI/CIA/NSA/{insert your favourite intelligence agency here} isn't already peered to all the IRC networks and patiently sifting through all the conversation logs? This is not rocket science.

    why are people surprised? this is what I don't get

    No no no...

    you *can* distribute OpenBSD however you like.

    The original OpenBSD CD *layout* is Copyrighted by Theo.

    Nothing stops anyone from downloading everything off of the FTP servers, and creating your own ISO image.

    I don't recommend using HTMLDOC for any professional task..

    All your documents need to be written in simple
    HTML, and conversion to PDFs is a PITA: Sometimes tables don't work, fonts fuck up, etc...

    Avoid.
