    Machine code is straightforward but tiresome, boring and bug-prone. I wouldn't necessarily call everyone who knows the instruction opcodes by heart a coding genius.

    By the way, that's GW-basic, later renamed to MS-Basic. Quick pop quiz: what does GW stand for?

    So what happens if I send someone a random letter about little rabbits or whatever through certified mail, the recipient signs it, and I start claiming I sent something else, and try to prove it by showing the receipt?
    Do these receipts include the actual content you sign for, or is it just your word against that of the sender what the actual content was (if any)?

    Well, syndicate was kind of fucked up, with the stats at the end of the mission showing the number of civilian casualties, making it a game to kill every last civilian you meet.

    Or maybe that was just the way I played it...

    Civ: I've been playing the windows version to death lately. High marks for best game ever, although it sucks that there's a max number of military units and cities you can have.
    Plus, there's the quick settler cheat/bug.

    KQ: I recently bought (yes by giving *MONEY* to some store clerck) KQ1-KQ6 for something like 5$. Money well spent.

    Wolfenstein: Big WOW when I first saw that at a friend's. Never looked back to it after Doom though. I say Doom had a way better atmosphere to it.

    Yes, same old me...
    I got as low as -17 or so, which is a score I'm very proud of.
    Anyway, getting from -17 to 1 was a lot easier than I thought. Probably there are SOME moderators who read at -1 anyway.

    3) Reading more than 1 page from a screen sucks. Digital versions of books are only useful when you want to search for something in them.

    I don't think it's a customer's obligation to check if the manufacturer didn't break any laws in producing the goods.

    However, this would leave you with a bill for a product you never received. Who pays for that? What if you payed in advance?
