  1. France also suffers on One Year After September 11 · · Score: 0

I am an american, and I mourn for the deaths of our victimized heroes. But I would also like to send my feelings to those in France who have lost loved ones due to flash floods. I can only hope that good will come of all this death and destruction.

Download my DNS server, MaraDNS. Compile and run it on Solaris. Fins the problems that MaraDNS has on Solaris and fix them. I have ported or seen my application ported to various OSes, including FreeBSD (it's in their ports tree), MacOS/X, and Windows (with cygwin). The only port that was less than trivial was the Solaris port.

hmmm.... I wonder if the problem is related to spelling?!

  3. here is a little distribution for you... on Introduction to Distributed Computing · · Score: -1, Offtopic

A little boy got lost at the YMCA and found himself in the women's locker room. When he was spotted, the room burst into shrieks, with ladies grabbing towels and running for cover. The little boy watched in amazement and then asked, "What's the matter --haven't you ever seen a little boy before?" I hope this distribution brought a smile on this fine day!

what are you talking about? Judging by the moderators and some of the -1 posts on /. I'd say that the 13-16 year age range target of this trilogy is a perfect fit for the slashdot crowd.

I can't help but feel like this kind of technology errodes a person's "essence". I wonder what the chemical reaction between the electrodes and his nervous system will do to him in the long run?

  9. Fuck all of you!!! on Pennsylvania Law Requires ISPs to Block Child Porn · · Score: 0, Flamebait

Yeah, its really noble to speak about - "oh no! don't take away my ability to quickly move gigs of data!" I wonder how you would feel about arguing for a medium that supports child pornography when you come across a popup add that has a gif of your daughter with tape over her mouth getting raped by some sweaty, fat, bloated fuck. I'd kick every fucking one of you in the teeth if I had the chance. At what point are we supporting open communication - and at what point are we supporting something so vile as child porn?
