    So do Dell and HP, if you buy their business class equipment. Dell has excellent instructions, just stick with the lattitude line. Bonus, parts are easy to come by and inexpensive.

    I'm all openSUSE at home and used to maintain three high performance clusters with around 200 total nodes, all running SLES.
    I know and love SUSE, although it does have it's shortcomings.

  3. Commented earlier, so I can't mod you up, but your exactly right. Corporations and managers should bear the brunt of the costs for illegal immigrants.

  5. The "law" was merely a prioritization of limited resources. If we had nots of idle ICE agents and immigration courts with open schedules, it could have been overturned. Barring that, it's a Presidential prerogative.

    This part of the program is opt-in, but there are still plenty of things you need to opt-out of, I know this first hand.

    I had an elderly neighbor ask me to borrow one once, and my daughter like to tear pages out of them or something when she was younger. But I too pitch them on arrival now.

    I used PfSense on an old computer and got all the enterprise features. later I bought an embedded x86 system.
    Unfortunately, Uverse At&T won't let you provide your own router, you can just put yours behind theirs, and it ain't a real pass through either.

    Not with Uverse, their IPtv won't work with your own equipment and there is no bridge mode. The best you an do is DMZ, or there is a router behind router option that puts in the necessary route for another subnet, theoretically, if never worked for me.

    God forbid you put in you own routes.
    The damn routers seem to forget the DMZ and port forwarding settings every 6 months or so, I'm not sure if AT&T was resetting things, or the hardware just sucked.
    Just had a client who's router forgot all the port forwarding I had configured.

    I'm on comcast and all my ports are open, same when I was on Uverse. There might be some SMTP port blocking, but I don't generally run into that. 22, 80, 443, 8080, 8000, etc. have all worked fine for me.

    A UBI would revitalize rural America, a good percentage of them are already on disability, about 9%, which is higher then urban areas.

  25. You haven't been looking hard enough. I pulled this from a google image search, so I haven't read the article, but the guy in front is clearly carrying in a ready to fire position, the guy in back might be debatable.
    Both are clearly there to intimidate.
