Apparently this device is accurate to within 20-40 meters
Hell, I can guess where I am to that accuracy. I thought GPSs where accurate within 5-8 meters nowadays. And this sounds really useful out in the open ocean, you know, where all those rouge wireless access points hang out.
Not to nitpick, but you should not install fonts in/System/Library/Fonts. They should go in/Library/Fonts if you want all users to have access to them, or go in ~/Library/Fonts if you don't have admin privileges. Never mess with/System:)
The songs that are sold from the iTunes Music Store have DRM immeded in them. This allows the songs to only be played on up to three macs at one time, but you may deauthorize one mac, and authorize another one to play your purchased musis.
This macrumors article goes more in depth of the DRM system. http://www.macrumors.com/pages/2003/04/200304291 95456.shtml
MIT has stolen images from their comic Radix in a proposal to the US Army as an attempt to gain funds
This makes it sound like a small picture in like a 100 page report that MIT made, got them the funding. Its crazy! The comic was not what got the funding, it was the report. Now the Radix creators are taking credit for someting they didnt do.
The Toshiba is USB 2.0 (USB1 compatible)
I don't see how your saving that much. The Toshiba is USB 2.0, but you need the USB 2.0 Card, not a USB 1 card. USB 2.0 is not USB 1 compatible, you should have said USB 1 is compatible with USB 2.0. You are really only saving $30 over the iPod.
http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/armagetronad/, altough I may be a little biased. LAN multiplayer, online, and local games.
