    Yeah, well, close enough... From The Fine Article :

    the judges did not ban the church entirely, as the prosecution had demanded, saying that a change in the law prevented such an action for fraud.

    No, fake as in the blog that posted it photoshopped the original ad as ran in magazines. As in this article is a hit piece. RL did not photoshop it, whoever submitted it to photoshop disasters photoshopped it as an attack on Ralph Lauren. That's not fair use.

    Thank you very much for clarifying that for me. And I am inclined to agree with you that in such a case, it is *not* fair use... But then again, such pieces *may* sometimes be meant as 'satire', in which case it *would* be fair use in my opinion. It's a fine line, though...

    No, this is dangerous. Very Stasi-like. This is a disturbing trend in official and informal law-enforcement because it encourages things like community-based harassment. People will band together and participate in government-sanctioned stalking of atheists, commies, homosexuals, or whomever else they just don't like. It is simply turning the people against each other to distract them from their discontent with their government.

    Yeah, you're unfortunately, but probably, very right. Seems that I'm not as cynical as is required by today's world. Thanks for taking me down to earth again and clearing my head.
    (I would mod the parent up if I was able to mod)

    Everything that comes into a black hole comes back out eventually via Hawking Radiation.

    Ah, so my initial pre-conception that *nothing* can come out of a black hole is outdated or simply dead wrong: 'Hawking Radiation' comes out of a black hole, being the source of the entropy. Thank you very much for clearing that up for me, I would mod you up if I had mod points left.
