If you are on a captive wan, just use protected shares with encrypted traffic. In theory, the *AA would have violated something if they take a peek inside.. ( cybercrime breaking and entering sort of thing )
The problem is that you still have to get the original file into the 'protected net'. thats where they can nab you.

Microsoft pulling MSO ( and native exchange ) support for Apple.
Pretend as much as you want that there are 'alternatives and i dont need it', but MSO *is* the de-facto standard out there. Without it, Apple will continue to be a niche player in the business world for a long time to come ( if not forever, unless things radically change someday ).
But is being a ( rather large ) niche player really all that bad? They still make great products and make gobs of money. Do they *need* to attack Microsoft's stranglehold on the corporate market?
And more people will know that the industries are evil, will stop buying their product. Then they will claim it was 'piracy', when its their own damned fault for producing crap, and acting like total morons.
Just remember this in 20 years when a local terrorist group takes out all the electronic devices in your city with an Improvised EMF device and no one remembers how to cook dinner without a microwave.

I think that is the *biggest* roadblock. With exchange being a close 2nd since its so tied into MSO.
And yes, i agree other Microsoft specific factors are there too, like Sharepoint are on the 'short list'.

Thats an acceptable thing to do when your software detect a pirated key.

You dont have the right to delete files due to a person mistyping some numbers. You do have the right to disable your software, nothing more.
