    I hope this happen. Now the problem is: how do you get your wireless user to connect to the net?
    within citys it may work fine with guerilla style wireless, but between cities, only telcos have the money to run big installations :-(

    I don't understand their goal to make those robot play human player by 2050... How can this be fair?

    The robot doesn't get tired, and doesn't feel pain when his lower legs hits a steel bar!

    Unless they plan to recreate pain and sleepiness...(And that we can trust them not to cheat (ya sure...!))

    i'm surprised that nobody mentioned this case:

    PC-75 from Lian-Li</a> it's the nicest thing i've ever seen and has enought room for a raid array! :-)

    By the way, does anyone knows which card is better for hardware ATA RAID? I've found review talking about the adapted 2400A and i was wondering who was maintaining the driver for it? (2.4.x driver that is)

    My University computer science dept. is an all Linux place and a lot of university are actually pushing linux in the computer science lab around here.

    It would be horrible to learn things on windows, it would be like trying to learn from a blackbox! :-)

    Palm computing device for later reading on-the-move. It maintains a cache, and
    will avoid stories you've already read. It can handle 1-page sites, 1-page
    with diffing, 2-level and 3-level sites, and it's very easy to add a new site
    to its list. Even if you don't have a Palm handheld, it's still handy for
    simple website-to-text conversion.

    That's true, but in 30 or 50 years, if the moore's law continue as it did in the past, will have capacity in excess of the brain...and if A.I. keeps evolving, well, we'll have computer that are better than we are in many fields.
    At that point, we'll have to either upgrade humans or let the human species end it's course and let the machine continue! (Note that i'm not against any of these path :)

    And the brain memorization process is not perfect, you keep modifying and changing facts...
    (I saw a scientific mag that said: every time you think about something you have to rememorize it in some way... (that sounds like a great way to add errors:-))

    Debian is available, i m running it right now on a TiBook and i must say i'm impressed.

    All the hardware is supported, and i mean all!

    USB mouse with wheel...
    sound hardware..
    DRI support..
    (well cant try firewire but ... )
