what really amuses/sickens me, is that I saw some old Disney cartoons the other day on the cartoon network. And the accompanying music, as in a lot of cartoons, was a classic score by bethoven, or mozart, etc.

Now, the copyright on this body of works is non-existant, and Disney has BENEFITTED greatly from this, one could argue that early Disney would not be the company it is today without those free (as in without copyright) works!

Now the use of the phrase "O.E.M. brand" might be a problem, as the laptop, and windows most likely have different manufacturers.

The city Board of Licenses is scheduled to reconvene at 1 p.m. for the hearing on Saki's Pizza House, 199 Weybosset St., and the adjacent Pizza Queen, 215 Weybosset St. The hearing follows a decision last week to immediately shut down both establishments after a police patrolman was attacked by a mob while investigating a fight that left two men shot and one stabbed. Patrolman Sean Carroll suffered a concussion and numerous bruises on his face, head, shoulders and rib cage. He attended yesterday's hearing with his wife and son and testified about the beating.
