Oakland County in MI has their 802.11 pilot up already. Causing a few problem w/business's who already had an 802.11 network deployed. It's nice to be able to jump on a non-monitored, non-proxied network from work!!
It's dead before it can even start. Anything the FCC has it's tendrils on turns to pablum.
Satelite rocks for the same reason Cable rocks, adults can actually get some entertainment.
HD radio will fail, unless the gov steps in and mandates it, like digital TV....
OK here's an example: The Steel Industry Link That took about a second on Google. I understand your HS education and job at DonMacls, has you all fired up against "the man", but really, at least try to use your brain. As far as people starving it's not my responcibity to provide the teat to feed the poor, nor is it the USA's. Once life is good here for the poor that WE have, lets extend some help to others sure. But that's beyond the scope of the argument. The issue is competing on a level playing field. Your statement on pollution was inane at best. If you want to argue, come up with something intelligent.
It's good to know that good, high paying jobs will magically appear for me once I'm outsourced. I can't wait! Jobs that can't be done by foreigners, hmm lets see what job would that be, oh yeah President of the United States!
What utter crap, the US worker can't compete with workers in countries that don't have the same human rights protections, and environmental protections/laws that we have. Of course you'll make more money with a factory in China than in the US. Paying slave labor wages and spewing pollution into the air/water/land.
It's not a level playing field, if a foreign government is subsidizing their steel industry how does the US company compete with that?
The rich will get richer and the American worker will slowly be brought down to the level of the foreign worker, who's going to buy the products now?
I actually thought about voting for this guy until I read this, what a joke.
Anyone notice the "Shwing!" noise when the dagger is lifted from the holder. I almost burst out laughing. Then it shwings again when unsheathed. Then the goofy "sharpening" noises when he's running his fingers over the blade. Fire that sound engineer!
Starbuck while looking good, was totally unbelievable playing a "tough guy" part. I mean really who's ass is she going to kick with those stick thin arms. She looked totally out of place at the card table with that cigar. Her acting was poor at best.
I can't believe they put that kid in with the bowl hair-cut. Boxie or whatever his name was, and they let the nice little girl all go to atoms. Bleh...
Other than that I thought it was ok, except for all the really lame sex scenes.
You use two providers, costs more, but do the missing sales make up for it? If it's critical for business, you should have a backup, everyone and every company f's up now and then. Good luck sueing Worldcom, if you haven't heard they don't have any money, their top brass has it all.
No one has a clue because English has illogical rules and is inconsistent. A simple demo: read, is it "reed" or "red" you don't know unless it's in a context. Great language, my 5 and 7 years olds are learning to read (or is it "red"), and it pains me to explain to them that this word or that word can't by sounded out phonetically, you just have to memorize it. Any intelligent person will spell things wrong because that's how they sound. Unless you have a great memory or an on-line spell checker forget it. Although I do believe the lead (or is it "led") posts should should be spell checked just so the site appears a little more professional.
Please ignore any spelling mistakes, I have a brain, while english does not.
I have to agree, the only experiance I have is watching "At the Auction" but the prices that beautiful old (sometimes REALLY old)pieces go for are a steal. I'm constantly amazed.

Yes but how much power do the X-10 devices consume? They're "always on".

Remember Cylons were made of chrome, the lasers would have just been reflected! Mass driver cannons are just the thing for those mirrored punks!

Instead of all this computer crap maybe they'll put Brook Burke in now. I think I'd subscribe then!
