Was your apnea due to you being overweight?
I used to work in a sleep center and all of our apnea patients had at least an extra 30 lbs on them, I would say only about %.0005 were thin.
I would reccomend that if you are carrying around some extra lbs, to ditch them, get some exercise, and you will not nead the machine.
Weight, apnea, sedentary job, especially being as young as you are is not a healthy way to be.

Tylenol PM is not a scheduled narcotic. Take an ambien and 20 minutes later you will not be able to stand for the most part.
Side effects. All tyelenol products are extremely hard on the liver. I would not drink booze the same day as taking anything with acetaminophen in it. Hits the kidneys pretty hard to.
Sounds like the work of Ambien or some other drug.

Actually,
Many people take sleeping pills, pain pills, mix them with booze. And these all cloud or fog the memory, and bring out bizarre behavior.
I went through a period of sleeplessness and my doctor gave me a Ambien(a hypnotic) to put me down at night.
However, having spend a better part of my teens and 20s "experimenting" was able to evidently ride the drug out and function. I just did not remember it. My girlfriend has stories of me cooking dinner, calling my parents, and moving around the house very slowly.
Former New Orleans native here and I will make it easy.
Streets names are in a pattern. Cherokee, Chikasaw, etc. Trees, indians, etc. And the city is broken up into wards.
And as my daddy taught me, if you get lost, you can always find the river or the lake, and you will have a good idea on how to get home, or at least where you are.
Actually, hard city to get around if you were not born there.

I learned spanish fluently at age 31. Granted I was in Colombia and that was all I could speak.
My father went to lawchool at 46, graduated at 52, top of his class, and, three years later had a phd in philosophy, again top of his class.

Let me get this straight. You have ethernet to the telcos dongle to the mac mini and then fire from macmini to local network.
So you are using the mac mini as a router.
What is the local network route through? Fire Wire hub? How man? machines do you have connected.
Seems like I would just go to a standard cheapo router for the test of my network. And not waste a Mac-Mini as a router when I could get something for 20-30 bucks that would do the job.

When I roamed on the BellSouth Network in Colombia SA, I did not expect to call for free.
As I have posted before as a former ATT employee, who handled escalations.
International roaming is a feature you have to call and add to the account, they make you aware of the fees, and try to sell you a package that will reduce themm and when you do not buy it, they note it.
People in this case screw themselves.
You have to call and ask them to enable international roaming for it to work, The reps get money for selling them a package, most people choose to be cheap and not accept it.

Sounds like you made a made a poor purchase even after the salesguy told you it could do what you were looking for.
My Windows Samsung BlackJack tethers with linux, windows, and Mac. All over USB.
USB has been around for EONS in the computer world and you can do many things over it.
You chose the wrong phone. Even though it might run linux, you cannot get it what you want it do.
