There is nothing more pathetic than seeing middle aged men trying to look cool! In the pictures, you can almost see them fidgeting to get out of those clothes and back into suits.
Why is this even up for discussion? Why are we even discussing a clearly bogus study? Why does the media even cover these things? I feel like commissioning a study to study bogus studies like this.
Why did I waste my time posting this?
You can use a Cisco localdirector(s) at the front of the farm of your application servers, and just enable sticky cookies. This will cause the localdirector to keep the requests on the same application server, and reduces the complexity of having to implement software load balancing solutions in your code and on your servers.
This is unbelievable. The instant you break the law, say by travelling 114 MPH in a 30 MPH residential area and killing 2 people, you no longer have any rights to this type of "privacy."
For example, a murder suspect cannot prevent police from getting a search warrant to search their house, car, workplace, etc. on privacy grounds. Police are allowed to gather the necessary evidence to prosecute you, given that there is enough evidence to warrant more collection. Same situation here.
Although I do believe the collection of the data should be regulated, I don't think it should prevent the data itself from being used when you use your car as a weapon to threaten or harm.
What a sad day for Tolkien fans. This is a farce on the order of the Simpsons:
"Stop this Planet Of the Apes I want to get off!"
"I hate every ape I see,
From Chimpan A to Chimpan Z,
Now you finally made a monkey out of me."
Apple Magazine: PCs insecure

Just downloaded the beta -- worked great and now I can write my coldfusion code on my linux laptop at home!

"Remember last week you were asking me the definition of irony?"
These types of lawsuits are what will ruin the Internet for everyone. I am going back to my 9600 baud modem and gopher.
