    Maybe Nintendo is looking into the future to see how traditional DVD content will be delivered. Personally, I rarely buy movies any more. I do get newer releases from Netflix, but otherwise, it's streaming content.

    Our HR lady needed to have a digital cert installed on her machine to gain access. Their site is usually very slow to navigate and I personally hate the design - very capable, but lots of wasted time and clicks to do it.

    Physics fail. It has nothing to do with vehicle size and weight. If you're traveling at 45 mph and you reach the yellow line when the light goes yellow, you can make it through the light before it turns red. If your truck is too big to stop that fast.... you shouldn't be driving that fast.

    A still camera shouldn't be used for a red light system, unless it's supplemented by a video camera. The video could be reviewed by a human to verify things such as correct plate ID or extenuating circumstances.

    Which is exactly how it's done in my town. And you get sent a link to the video that you can review with your fine... just ask my wife. Why do the GP and GGP assume that it's not that way in LA?

    Probably the opposite effect of only driving back and forth to your 8-5 Mon-Fri and the grocery store on Saturday morning.

    Witnessing mangled cars and missing body parts first-hand can be a sobering experience - it might even make a person less likely to quickly dismiss DWI as something rare and uneventful.

    For the record, I'm not necessarily for checkpoints - the punishments need to be stepped up.

    You stand a good chance to get the right answer for any given account if you go with Mickey / Minnie or red / blue. How is that really security?
