I've tried spamming back people who spam me, with thousands of emails, and random subject and bodies. That makes me feel good. It is a hog to run on my computer though.
Now i just send them a bill with PayPal. I haven't had any responses yet, but i think they definitely owe me something for wasting my time, bandwidth, and storage. Maybe some lame spammer will cave and pay me the $30 that i billed them
Finally the GI Joe cartoons will be a little more accurate! (nobody dies, right?)
Seriously though, it seems like it would be a little easier to sneak one of these onto a plane, into a concert, to a press conference, etc. (once they're manufactured smaller).
cheapass? yes
lazy? hmmm, i'd prefer efficient.
flabby? yes, they don't make honey brown lite any more.
losers? c'mon, you can't come up with a better insult than that?
i don't buy computers from stores. they are too expensive. i buy parts individually from the cheapest places on pricewatch, then assemble them myself.
but you guys are missing my point. it isn't like i can just switch over to a mac without spending an arm and a leg (i'm running win2k/NT right now so i could feasibly switch to another OS like Linux, BeOS, or DOS for free). Plus the time i spend on Macs at work is usually swearing because i cannot run three web browsers at the same time without running out of memory.
Have you ever USED OS X on a new Titanium? Have you ever tried to copy even 64MB over USB to a Rio, and then copied 2 GB to a firewire drive in the same time? Try using Final Cut Pro, iMovie, DVD Studio Pro... This site has become a bunch of first-post, bash-everything, small-minded jerkoffs.
The problem with USING all that cool Mac stuff is that it costs MONEY. Sure you could grab the software somewhere, but the hardware is so overpriced compared to PC hardware.
as much as i hate apple. i have to say that they come up with some pretty creative products. The posibilities are endless when you take out the huge tube of a CRT.
i wish that more pc companies would come up with case and computer designs as creative as apple's. sure the g4 cube cracked, but isn't it cool looking?
besides the people who buy macs want something that looks cool. they don't care about functionality and software.
this reminds me of the available TCP-IP ports available for use. most people just make one up and hope that it doesn't conflict with another that is registered.
do companies have to use wavelengths that are gov't regulated? would the gov't really track down people who use these frequencies?
aren't there any old frequencies that aren't in use anymore that we can free up?
actually the company that i work for opted for the "cheap" installation of many jacks. we've spent many hours repairing bad jacks and cabling (mostly due to our "cheap" cubicles). and as we all know, "time is money"
is that some pr0n in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
i hope someone did.
where is everyone going to go after the next superbowl?

I thought that this chipset looked good enough.
I can't wait for more phrases for the Arnold sound board ;-)
are they going to make a Hobbit movie to go along with them ?
that thing about the grapes was the first cool thing i learned from a bbs (back in the modem days).
the second was a potato gun.
then its been all downhill since the anarchists' cookbook.
how much do they cost?
or are you just happy to see me?
if this think plays Divx that would be sweet.
if they did come with the different tips it sure would make it easier for cowfolks to brand their cattle.
when you say our "biggest threat" are you talking about ourselves?
(we have killed 3 times as many US soldiers as the Taliban.)
this is totally unrelated, but when i first saw the Segway HT i thought..."wouldn't it be cool if it made the same noise as the cars on The Jetsons?"
then 15 or so minutes later:

(i apologize for the WMV format, a friend made it)

ah well, it had to happen eventually.
of course! as we all know:
No technology will ever succeed unless it can also be used for porn.

only the "geeks" and the "cheap".

what's wrong with vi?
c'mon, it'll put some hair on yer chest.
Only people with one finger. the 2 button mouse just doesn't cut it for them (and god forbid if you throw a wheel in there too).

Its almost as if the post says "Excluding a color screen, what more could one want in a toy?" right in it.
