  1. other effects of microwave energy on Wireless Charging Start-Up Claims 30-Foot Radius · · Score: 1

It goes beyond thermal effects. This scares the day lights out of me. RF is an energy source, an invisible one, when it flows through human tissue, it has been shown to push and apply force to tissue. Dr. Carole Smith has talked about the government using terahertz radiation (similar to microwave energy) for remote brain and environment scans, and mind reading tech, and in that case, she says the radiation, even though non-ionizing, would pose the risk of stretching and dehydrating tissue, even neurons.

    Dr. Carole Smith article: http://dandelionsalad.wordpress.com/2007/12/13/intrusive-brain-reading-surveillance-technology-hacking-the-mind-by-carole-smith/

The brain and nervous system also respond to electromagnetic energy, and it can cause hallucinations and discomfort. People can also feel radiation on their bodies/on their skin, even the sensation of light. I just wanted to point out that there are other risks to this technology than just the risk of being heated. It could even permanently damage or alter your brain, by stretching neurons or having other effects on the soft tissue the longer you're around the source of energy (It even inhibits and interferes with nerve function.) Cause, microwaves/photons create drag on cells, can push/pull it around. More powerful versions of this technology can be used to hurt a person from afar, to damage a persons mind, or beam voices and other signals direct into the mind, and the NSA has that patented (NSA Signals Intelligence Electronic Brain Link/Remote Neural Monitoring).

    link : http://www.oregonstatehospital.net/d/russelltice-nsarnmebl.html

If it weren't for the convenience of electricity, and the money involved.. we might ban it, because it might actually be responsible for many human and animal illnesses and defects. People in the city who are closest to the strongest of these signals for example have a much higher chance of getting schizophrenia, whereas people in the country do not tend to develop the disorder at such a higher rate. We do know that electromagnetic energy causes hallucinations directly and destabilizes and interferes with brain function, as it disrupts the ability of the brain to operate normally, interfering with it's signaling process and what have you.

What we know is the brain remains active and functioning during death. The neurons don't just shut down, and stop producing experiences. As long as the mind remains active, any experience the person has is going to be the product of their mind continuing to function. What the person has in their mind, their memories and beliefs, are going to dictate how the person interprets these experiences once they come back to life. It is true the study isn't very in depth and doesn't explain this, but it is a truth that any person can discern on their own.

  3. Other explainations for what they experience. on Neurologists Shine Light On Near-Death Experiences · · Score: 1

Dreams are one thing, delusions and hallucinations, and delirium are more appropriate. The clinical term should be delirium, the persons mind is not getting blood flow, and is not regulating itself the way it normally does. Everything the person is experiencing during this phase of neurological function should be described as chaos, and malfunction. When blood flow is cut off, resources are left over that probably take time to be drained. The starvation effect of the mind takes place, and I can imagine vivid drug induced like reactions occurring. If the person cannot physically think for themselves, they have uncontrollable responses and reactions to what's going on. That is what is responsible for what's going on in the mind of people and animals near death.

If we could borrow the NSAs Remote Neural Monitoring / Electronic Brain Link system, we could actually observe brain and bodily function in an individual as they were having these experiences. I am thinking the brain tends to lean towards what it knows, when it comes back to life, it tries to make sense of what it just experienced, and whatever is in the persons mind is used to describe it. there is a particular term for this psychotic reaction people have when things come back into place, people who come off of neuroleptics often have it when their neurons begin to function again. I just can't recall the name of that particular theory, but it sure sounds applicable to people and what they experience when they die and return to life and have reports of paranormal experiences. If they were a devout Christian, and didn't have a firm understanding of how the world worked, they might try to describe anything they experienced during death as being similar to what a Christian might expect. it is just the blue prints they use for their experience. they might even wonder if that's what is going to happen when they die, and this in turns gets worked up into any mind processes that are happening during death. effecting any delusions, dreams, and unregulated states of the mind.

This weapon system could certainly observe precisely why this is occurring: http://www.oregonstatehospital.net/d/russelltice-nsarnmebl.html

I always imagine how awesome this weapon is. It allows any mind to be tapped, monitored digitally, whether it's animals or humans, in any state of existence, subconciousness, consciousness or not. It doesn't have language barriers, and doesn't care how the individual interprets or sees the world. It is truly amazing.

it is not what it was once thought to be. Originally, TC/TCM was just supposed to be a secure method for storing crypto keys and secure method for communication over the bus and processor to enable unbreakable hardware backed encryption. this would allow not just the operating system, but the user to securely store keys that couldn't be broke. at this point after seeing all the NSA stuff, they believe that the public isn't allowed to store information in true secured format. they have had the NSAKey installed in Windows since 1998, which has given them backdoor root access to Windows cryptography service. more recently, they have shown they have the ability to force anyone to include in secret, secure backdoors and Trojans into software and services just so that nothing is truly encrypted or kept private from the NSA. you will find this in the secret court orders from FISA that have forced disclosure of Internet and phone records, and access to encrypted email and communication over Skype. they now have the ability to break into any system illegally, with the cooperation of the hardware and software vendors. so this is fucking insane - I absolutely believe TCM is unsafe, and likely has a built in backdoor for the NSA in it. it is not secure, will never be secure, and they can even if there is no backdoor built in directly, force the hardware and software vendors into turning over keys and other sensitive information that belongs to you or that you think is protected by TCM. what I think is really happening with TCM, is it is being deployed to control user end data in a controlled non-secure fake secured encryption scheme. it has to be government approved, and there HAS to be ties to the NSA for them to approve it. at this point I think that these assholes want to lock down computing, and their goal is to have Trojans and remote control capability of all machines with this system. TCM is going to be a way to prevent hackers from bypassing their security, and to prevent us from running our machine and code the way we want. it is most definitely a huge risk having a system with TCM, and once it is mandated in all machines, you will have no security on your box any more from the NSA. http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2013/06/microsoft-programmed-in-nsa-backdoor-in-windows-by-1999.html

by the way. there is already exposed backdoor CPU modes on AMD processors. when we first uncovered this in 2010, we thought it was just a debug mode. but it was likely and could have been a secret NSA/government backdoor that allowed code to bypass the kernel and system function on all our systems. it allows code to elevate privileges and bypass all hardware and software security features. it exposes additional registers and hardware features already built in place for running code along side other code on x86 CPUs. it gives full root access, without them knowing your password. all I can say, is this whole scam has NSA all around it. http://hardware.slashdot.org/story/10/11/12/047243/hidden-debug-mode-found-in-amd-processors

TCM should be considered a compromised hardware feature that works against the publics interest. There is no way to verify if it's safe or not. Because the NSA isn't going to disclose anything about it, and the hardware vendors and software vendors aren't going to disclose anything about it. It is never going to be disclosed, and I bet NSA and court orders are in place that prevent it. A feature this crucial to computing has all the signs of being a crucial component to NSA spying, this is exactly the type of thing they have control over. I am sure, most of what they do with it, will be nefarious as usual. http://www.oregonstatehospital.net/d/story.html#nsa

Is the NSA Conducting Electronic Warfare On Americans?

Jonas Holmes May 19, 2006 CHRONICLE ARTICLE

Russ Tice, former NSA intelligence officer and current Whistleblower, was to testify before the Senate Armed Services Committee this week. Apparently the testimony, Mr. Tice wanted to give, makes General Hayden’s phone surveillance program look like very small potatoes. Mr. Tice’s testimony is expected to reveal further illegal activity overseen by General Michael Hayden which even loyal and patriotic NSA employees view as unlawful. I think the people I talk to next week are going to be shocked when I tell them what I have to tell them. IT’S PRETTY HARD TO BELIEVE, Tice said. I hope that they’ll clean up the abuses and have some oversight into these programs, which doesn’t exist right now. According to Mr. Tice, what has been disclosed so far is only the tip of the iceberg. What in the world could Russ Tice be talking about! To figure it out let us take a look at Russ Tice’s work at the NSA.

According to the Washington Times and numerous other sources, Mr. Tice worked on special access programs related to electronic intelligence gathering while working for the NSA and DIA, where he took part in space systems communications, non-communications signals, electronic warfare, satellite control, telemetry, sensors, and special capability systems. Special Access Programs or SAPs refer to Black Budgets or Black Operations. Black means that they are covert and hidden from everyone except the participants. Feasibly there would be no arena with a greater potential for abuse and misuse than Special Access Programs. Even now Congress and the Justice Department are being denied the ability to investigate these programs because they don’t have clearance. To put it in CNN’s Jack Cafferty’s words a top secret government agency, the NSA, the largest of its kind in the world, is denying oversight or investigation by the American people because investigators lack clearance. To add a layer of irony to the Black Ops cake this travesty is occurring in America, the supposed bastion of Freedom and Democracy, which we are currently trying to export to Iraq.

It just gets scarier. The Black Ops that Mr. Tice was involved in related to electronic intelligence gathering via space systems communications, non-communications signals, electronic warfare, satellite control, telemetry, sensors, and special capability systems. For greater insight as to the impact of these programs readers should review decades old FOIA authenticated programs such as MKULTRA, BLUEBIRD, COINTELPRO and ARTICHOKE. Radar based Telemetry involves the ability to see through walls without thermal imaging. Electronic Warfare is even scarier if we take a look at the science. NSA Signals Intelligence Use of EMF Brain Stimulation. NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKUltra program of the early 1950's, which included neurological research into "radiation" (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as "Radiation Intelligence," defined as "information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation." Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agency agreements to keep this technology secret.

The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyzes electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA

It also does remote nerve and atomic manipulation, for remote human sabotage and control. They call all this Remote Neural Monitoring and Electronic Brain Link, and I've seen the police using it all over Oregon. CIA, FBI Agents, local police and sheriff agencies. It facilitated the Lane County DA in my recent court case in secretly spying on and abusing me in court, including the monitoring of everyone in court, watching us in jail, ignoring attorney/client confidentiality, watching what everyone was thinking and saying about things in private. In court, the sheriffs and DA are secretly linked up, a computer automatically tracks the thought of jurors, the judge, attorney's, and inmate. They are fed information that helps them introduce illegally acquired information, and helps them conceal their method of spying. They learn how to manipulate the jury, judge, and attorney's involved, and basically can be used to set up and frame a person. It is a pretty sophisticated system. The DAs/police use it for mind to mind communication, and can have information beamed directly into their mind. Images, sound, feeling, thought of others, or the thought of the computer. All this can be used an a weapon against individuals, including simulation of psychosis, doing things to them to discredit or set them up, etc. They can push/pull/flood tissue with photons, heat, chill, and move tissue through the walls, as well as manipulate your environment and nervous system in secret. I believe that the NSAs limit to spying right now is limited only to what they can imagine and get access to. Technology allows them to monitor everything that is processed normally by systems which handles or regulates any communication or data. This is the limiting factor for spying via electronic communications systems; anything that can be processed or is stored by ISPs, can be monitored. and it apparently all is.

but there is another side to the NSA spying going on, and that is that they literally think they have to monitor everything they can. a lot of it is done warrantlessly and without court oversight; and companies don't go out of their way to disclose what is going on. one type of spying that the NSA does that is heavily underreported, and it goes back to Russell Tice and his space systems expertise: they would be monitoring all radio and air space signals, including those that are emanated from the human brain and body, and those from other resources like electronic devices and house wiring. anything that uses electrons produces an electromagnetic field which can be read remotely. NSA Russell Tice was barred by NSA NDA from directly talking about the NSAs Remote Neural Monitoring capability, but he did drop many hints to how it worked. Basically, publically, he could disclose that he knew the NSA was monitoring him and everyone else everywhere, didn't matter where he was. they had access to phone and Internet data, but also, spy and ground satellite data which allowed Electronic Brain Link and Remote Neural Monitoring to occur. He knew the NSA was monitoring everyone's brain waves remotely, and by doing so, they were able to tap the mind; a so called mind tap. They can decode and piece together every neuronal signal in the brain and body; every neuron separately. and using a very advanced computer system, combine all this information back into one; to allow them to remotely see what you see, hear, think, feel, monitor mood, dreams, cognition, memory, sensations, and more all remotely. The government can extract any information they want from your brain, and they are monitoring every square inch of earths surface, at least in the US like this. police, FBI, NSA, CIA, DoD, and state/federal government are all tied into this system. it might also gather information from and monitor other systems for information, like the Internet, phone, banking, and any other system which generates and stores data electronically. this goes back to the DoD's LifeLog program - and it's all real. they literally are keeping a database of information about every individual that they can, and the system is very complex and advanced in the way many tasks and monitoring is done automatically. sound and video and brain waves, memory, emotion, it's all mapped, stored and read automatically. they can get a lot of information from listening to any sound recording of you automatically, like lie detection software, except it monitors the intent and emotions of your voice; the pressure, the little hints that tell them what you were trying to communication, and why. which lets them basically read your mind state just by listening to you. this is completely separate from the RMN system and focuses just on what they can figure out by recording sound or listening to phone conversations. these systems are real and tell them everything they want to know, and more.

if you want some more information on the Electronic Brain Link stuff, it also is used for covert communication amongst officers. it's a type of synthetic telepathy, a brain computer interface which both reads and manipulates brain, nerve, particle, atoms, and tissue remotely. cops everywhere are literally able to see and hear through walls with it, and they can

The NSA gets what they want and they want it all, they want to know everything going on inside everyone's home, in every square inch of America - this was all done by design. no one is doing anything to challenge or stop them. look at how none of these companies bothers to complain before years later something about the program they're running, which they now claim to have been against, is exposed. it's crazy, and we're not even getting to the half of it. most of this was done without warrants or any involvement from any court...
