IMO the article is useless because there's no other signs that booth babes aren't being used anywhere else. it's just this show.
and booth babes are pretty useless when it comes to conventions in the first place. its like, they are hired as entertainers, yes, but there usually has to be good reason to do it. like everyone else has them, or they are dressing for a part in some advertisement. if none of this is true, they have no reason to do it.
this convention.. does it have a history of booth babes? because last year there were none. now this year, there is one, and does he by chance think they just don't do it at this particular show?
E3 was as loaded as ever with booth babes. so he might be looking in the wrong places for signs of this non-existent phenomena..
I wager booth babes are pricey entertainment that would only not be present if someone couldn't afford to hire them, or there was no task for them to do. dressing up, or acting, or whatever.
this sounds a lot like arm is doing right now. NVidia will sell the design of their GPU core, maybe some software, IP and other tech to other companies to make and design their own chips based on the NVidia architecture. the thing is, there is demand for high end GPUs, but for it to be reasonable to include NVidia's tech, they need more freedom to design and implement the hardware as they wish. this is going to be a completely new market for NVidia and will bring higher quality graphics and NVidia IP to more devices. this is a move toward collaborative computing, designing and sharing ideas and technology that will ultimately make the world a better, faster, higher quality, and more efficient place. plus NVidia otherwise has a strangle hold on quality graphics, this is their duty to help makes high quality graphics mainstream and easy to implement. no more need to reinvent the wheel and start from scratch every time I want to implement graphics or fight over my inability to design something worth using anymore! maybe we even move away from 2D and subpar for good now..
I don't even care to read your argument. it doesn't matter what they're capable of understanding, they should be taught, introduced, and told what it's about without hiding shit. the brain learns from these early experiences what it should think in the future, everything they learn is heavily influenced by what they're told and what kind of world they grow up in. the issue is that, hardly anyone is putting any effort into raising or properly teaching kids things, or setting proper examples, so they aren't given any opportunity to properly understand or learn about it till much later in life, once they have already misunderstood and made quite a few mistakes. adults grow up more aggressive, illiterate, making dumber decisions, and having less insight into things this way - plus, sex is harmless, and it may be that children should be engaging in sexual activity and that they are missing prime experiences as young kids, delaying sexual maturity or preventing it entirely. I also believe that it's important that humans experience more things at a younger age as possible, as it helps hard wire and develop the brain later on - they end up with a brain which is physically capable of enjoying sex better, or having special skills that they otherwise couldn't develop if they waited until adult hood. Hiding sex from kids is one idea, but it's a bad one and the only thing that's practiced today. It doesn't have to be this way, kids can have harmless sex, and there are some cultures where it occurs. There's not anything to understand about it, they just do it.
kids are sexual beings too, and it's their lack of exposure which keeps them juvenile on the matter. I think we should unfilter it, and stop censoring sex entirely on TV/news/video games, and start treating it like this shit is normal to see and be exposed to. let them learn and adapt to it, and be taught about it. this, yes.
we were all taught that censorship of sex was appropriate, and it's the only reason we ever think to try it.
*it's also a style thing, and pretty much we can't exclude women and their style choices. we would have to eliminate a lot of style if we got rid of what we are claiming is 'sexism' at E3. lol, have you walked around outside and seen how most women got large amounts of tight clothes, cleavage and other very sexually arousing styles going on? it's literally in their nature, because they could be hiding it all if they didn't like it. and men, just naturally accept it, it's what we gotta deal with. every single women style, attire, body attribute, is overly sexed and stylized, it's simply the way women are. they enjoy the attention, and they enjoy showing off their bodies for maximum appeal. hell, I start to look at it like women just like to be fit, they are what they are, and same to men, the muscle builder tight clothed type - we all like to look and dress fit, show off usually as much of our fitness as possible. it looks great.
gah, women are women, they exploit men with the way they look, and they enjoy it. and this is evolution at work here - we basically selectively bread each other over time, choosing the quality in our mates that we liked to see more and more. now women basically serve a certain role in our society, and they need to accept that and who they are. they are sex machines with tits and ass, and we like to show that off in gender specific roles - this is not sexism, they are just being used for what they're good for, for what their best talents suit them for. we gotta move past this idea that both genders are equal, cause it's not true. women were meant to and bread to seduce and attract people sexually, everything about their bodies was designed to do it. our brains were also designed to be more successful if we were attacted to these qualities, and hence we are hard wired to appreciate these things. so pretty much tell these dumbasses that think this is sexism to fuck off and start thinking about basic human instincts, evolution, and biology again. this is all normal, and I think most women can learn to like their roles and not be offended by this if they are taught to think about it in the right way. sex is not bad, mkay?
Didn't Russell Tice talk about the NSA massively deploying remote neutral monitoring and electronic brain link? That means every bit of electromagnetic energy produced by humans minds are being read and interpretted. Using EBL, which as far as I can tell, police and state agencies have everywhere, allows them to see and hear through walls, see what you see, hear, think, feel, remember, and why - every signal in your brain can and is being decoded, and compiled by police and government intelligence agencies. Combine it with Internet and phone records, but all they really need to do is monitor your brain waves. The Internet and phone shit is extra. I personally believe that at this point, everyone is being monitored, and every square inch of US surface is at least tracked. This is no joke, and this is where the real spy network is, this other shit is practically nothing. ps, I know it exists, I'm a victim of it's use, as the CIA/US DOJ/state of Oregon used it to set me up 5 years ago during a major investigation at the state hospital. it's also a weapon used to simuate psychosis, automate rape, and more. the computer in this system is very complete, a BCI which has AI that interprets everything automatically, knowing all human behaviors and why, why and what every neural impulse in your body and brain are, and everything in your body can all be manipulated from afar using microwaves and remote nerve stimulation. they can link together, do covert communication, or rape, simulate psychosis, and more. they tried to murder me in 2008 with it, and since I've been in the CIAs control everywhere I went, cause they literally follow me on the streets, "like you spy for the Statesman Journal, DeAnn Major spys for the CIA." "you're being set up to look psychotic". I had caught OSH staff on camera/audio talking about the scandal, the states lack of liability insurance, they discussed the technology that was in use from outside of the building. they were all linked up and spying on me. as far as I can tell, the reason why staff had such easy access to the technology at OSH was the US DOJ investigation into the hospitals violation of patients rights in 2006-2010, but then the case that was hidden was my abuse by staffers, including a women named Bonita Tucker, who sexually abused me, lied about it, state covered it up, and then she aided two patients escapes, smuggled in large amounts of marajuana, morphine, and amphetamine, and more, and she had lots of staff accomplises. The state covered most of this shit up to build the new hospital in 2010/2011, and they left me to die after using this weapon to try to blow my body up in my cell when I contacted the media about the Bonita Tucker situation and the spying/abuse. They literrally bullied and assaulted me on purpose, and trying to bury me in lies just to frame me to look mentally ill, all caught on camera, leading to this assault..
Check out nsa.pdf on the homepage. and I believe Russell Tice talked about RMN, Remote Brain Stimulation, and EBL before. Good links (Mind Justice.org, Washington Post article Mind Games, etc) for info on the technology in story.html. This is the core of their spy and citizen control strategy.
bring your own insurance. try buying on an amex which provides 90 days protection for most failures and thefts.. plus if there is a warranty, they extend and cover it for upto additional year. if it was advertised a certain way and it turns out to he faulty or lacking warranty, I bet buyer protection through eBay or PayPal has you covered, or would help. most sellers also would do anything to satisfy you to avoid negative feedback and fraud complaints.
last thing to add, this is hardly for our security and these people probably couldn't care less about what's going on or with protecting the average individual. this technology and invasive monitoring of people serves a purpose to misuse and control people with, and they are sadistic and ruthless as fuck. heh.
they try to monitor all information, leaving little unmonitored or unprotected, airwaves, track objects, monitor orbital, water, ground, and air space, track information and activity over internet, telecommunication, digital and analog, mail and monitor all public activity, both public and private. the biggest kept secret is probably the bioelectromagnetic and energy weapons they have and are using to do a lot of it with. zzzzz
although I didn't bother to read the article, they track much more than personal data. they have software that can read your mind through phone and track people's conversations with the attention and precision of a computer, digitally analyzing a conversation, tracking emotion, arousal, the spoken word, and can basically read intent and follow the direction of a conversation. they can tell whether your deceptive or if your serious, and the software easily highlights whatever pattern of behavior or information they are looking for. its capable of acting intelligently on its on and making decisions to inform people, act and track people. just like they are illegally watching internet traffic, this is occurring with all telecommunications, just like in certain spy movies. they can deploy this with very senstive listening and imagining devices in the public to listen to people and conversations, see and hear through walls, and they're also using psychotronics and synthetic telepathy to track and read people's thoughts. as far as the demonstrations I've witnessed, they can see everything going on inside the human brain, see what you see, hear, think, feel, see pain and nerve impulses, explore your memory and subconciousness. software has been designed to thoughly track your thought, read emotion, and it can even digitally simulate responses and human reactions. the human mind has been explored and can he tracked very well.
as a side note, they can also broadcast messages, communications, thought, feeling, imagery, video, and sensations to and between people. simulate sensations, use ultrasound, sound, radiowaves, microwaves, infrared waves. heat, cold, buzz, move a person's tissue from afar, encode emotion, tickle, itch, burn.. torture, mutilate, simulate psychosis. its spooky what they're really capable of and how developed it all really is. if something is technologically possible, you can bet they do use and have interest in it..
they no longer have need for torture for information unless they want to make a public spectacle, mislead people and hide their capability, or physically dominate a person. since at least 2006, probably earlier. this may have been the case going hack to the 90s when information on the technology first erupted.
I kind of envision this as being used everywhere as an intelligence and perhaps communication tool for law enforcement, and the military. as far as I can tell its already extremely common and its used in secret everywhere. they might even use it to attack people with, and they do...
local physical storage could handle most of it, some could handle it and more (SSDs), but think about loading remote data directly to RAM to be ran - using storage that's over the Internet with one of these as if it were a superfast local storage, even - plus with all the uplink speed, share your content across the net at lightning speeds with all your other devices and acquantainces as if the content were local on the remote device. you could do it both ways, both cloud storage and keeping your own content locally if you chose and available whereever you go.
hardly any software on the DC used WinCE, right. that article doesn't explain it very well, but most games/software titles run "on the metal" - ie they have their own engines and control/run on the hardware directly, no OS is loaded at all. WinCE was ported to the Dreamcast and capable of running on its' hardware, and only a few titles ever used it, all of which I believe were ports of Windows applications like Sega Swirl and the like (which was also available on the PC/Win32 platform).
The numbers don't tell much. Part of adding flash cache is supposed to be so frequently used data can be accessed with much lower latency and more randomly, and it's not aiming to speed up a single application but the entire system. It would have been nice to know how the desktop performance improved or "felt" - overall responsiveness of OS and application loading, multitasking, etc. That's where the performance improvement is going to be.
I look forward to seeing what AMD's new architecture brings. It's not really interesting thinking about it as integrating a GPU into the same space as a CPU, but creating one chip that can do more exotic types of calculations than either chip could alone and making it a available in every system. I'm also envisioning "GPU" instructions being executed where normally CPU instructions were when not in use, and vise versa, basically so everything available could be put to use.
There's no evidence that this is a bug in Windows at all, or that it's a wide spread issue. There's not even a method of reproducing the problem, or any details on the cause...
What they're pointing out, and what I have noticed personally, is that once you discontinue use after a long period of time, you experience physical and mental symptoms of discomfort/boredom/trouble concentrating/anxiety, etc. So while you're using the Internet and technology, you undergo a physiological change similar to what an addict might experience while using, ie extreme pleasure/release of dompamine/wathever... and your body has a similar withdrawal reaction when it goes without.
Antipsychotics and other neurological (stimulants, antidepressants) drugs can cause tourettes like disorders, ie tardive tourettes. I imagine a persons physiological/psychological response could be severe enough to cause a similar problem.
I think you're all wrong about what he means by being a victim/perpetrator; he might be talking about statutory laws that make it illegal for children to consent to engage in sexual activity. Somehow he seems to be a believe that sex-ed will promote underage sex with peers, and in by doing so be a victim and violate someone else at the same time. Perhaps?
how about: excessive engagement in high stimulating activities such as the Internet, TV and online videogames, that ultimately depletes neurochemicals and at the same time causes a depression when experiencing less stimulating/normal activities? sometimes there really is too much of a good thing.
IMO the article is useless because there's no other signs that booth babes aren't being used anywhere else. it's just this show.

For less than the price of Intel's top desktop chip, you can get an uber-1337 AMD Opteron with 12-cores. Beat that, Intel...
Prices start at $750.
Looks like they want something a bit easier to use and more user friendly...
Also this.
