    Kill the corn subsidies and it will no longer be cost effective to use it as feed. Frankly, its not actually cheaper. Its just that we pay for part of it with our taxes.

    There is a difference, even if its only a minor one. The decision on phones was so that consumers where not stuck with carrier lock ins. The intent was so you could take your phone to a competing carrier. There is no such issue with game consoles. Its not like you can "jail break" your PS3 and hook it up to XBOX live.

    You often dont have an option to not join. For example, try being a non-union actor. No one will hire you because the union says their members cant work on films with non-union actors.

    Yes. You pay them, and then they tell you when you're allowed to work. Got a mortgage? Too bad, someone three states over called for a strike, so you dont get to work this month.

    Not saying its all bad, group bargaining is important. But often the union organizers are in it for themselves rather then the members.

    You can run original playstation games on an Android phone. Frankly, this is more compelling then most portable dedicated gaming systems if you get a phone with a usable gaming interface (you can get a game pad type of slip cover for the original Droid for example).

    Given that "HD" is only 704x480 at minimum I dont see a problem with calling a 854x480 screen high definition.

    Right. Cause when a web page instructs users to go download something in order to see it, users just jump right on that rather then going to a competing page without such requirements.

    Odds are they have Flash, odds are against them having Chrome Frame.
