I'm not "on the bandwagon", but here are some honest criticisms:

Some sort of audio plays on your site, from the link you provided in your original post. That's a big no-no for me. It took me a second to figure out what the hell it was (with a few tabs open), at first I thought something was wrong with the audio feed I was already listening to. I paused that, and checked your site three times. It's definitely you.

Also, I have javascript enabled only for sites I allow. Audio playing despite that is not going to get me to turn javascript on in Noscript for your site.

You basically called me either an over-zealous privacy advocate or a pervert there, but the real reason is simple: Most uses of javascript are either unnecessary, stupid, irritating, or malevolent, and it's generally a combination of these.

Just to see what happened, I allowed javascript. The only change was that it offered to turn audio off. This should be the default option. Your apparent use of javascript falls under the first case above: unnecessary.

Also, the images behind your headers are nice enough, but the contrast with the text isn't pleasant.

Finally, threatening to take your ball and go home after being insulting isn't going to endear you to anyone.

I don't have a problem with all ads. Many people don't. But those that interfere with my browsing are unacceptable. Period. I don't care who is paying the bandwidth.

One big thing they should fix already: I don't care what their reasoning is, the memory "leak" is a problem. It should never swell up and take up over 150MB of RAM. Sure, some computers have RAM to spare -- the average person with a cheap computer does not. They aren't going to upgrade their RAM, either. Firefox ought to shoot for a smaller footprint so older computers can handle it and leave it running without bogging down.

You left off two parts of section 3., (b and c), which state:

    b) Accompany it with a written offer, valid for at least three years, to give any third party, for a charge no more than your cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, to be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,
      c) Accompany it with the information you received as to the offer to distribute corresponding source code. (This alternative is allowed only for noncommercial distribution and only if you received the program in object code or executable form with such an offer, in accord with Subsection b above.)

They're not required to do subsection a), which you quoted, just one of the three. But since they may just be including as opposed to selling Dosbox, subsection c) may well be acceptable. A lot of GPL'd software comes without the source -- many Linux distros don't include the source, either, but you can still get it. I'm pretty sure my copy of Ubuntu didn't come with source code, and I don't recall seeing an offer to get the source code during the install (but then who pays attention to license terms during an OS install?).

    Please cite.

Now that exclusive content is DELAYED. So the question should be "How will this affect Microsoft".

Except when the game comes out, MS and Sony will still be where they were before. The difference is that Sony will go another holiday season at a disadvantage, according to the OP.

Sony has a HUGE library of AAA exclusives coming out in the next 1-6 months so they will be fine.

Yes, we know. You tell us in every single thread. But they do not have BioShock (I know, there is PC version, some of us don't run Windows or want to upgrade a perfectly capable graphics card/RAM/etc which will all cost more than a 360 anyway), Mass Effect, Halo 3 (I know, the Sony troll response is IT LOOKS LAST GEN, save your keystrokes -- the game will still sell), Overlord (yes, a PC version, see earlier), Too Human -- except for Halo 3, all games I'm more interested in than Motorstorm and sports games. Also, they lost a few exclusives (if I recall correctly, Assassin's Creed was going to be), and Call of Duty: Airborne comes out for the 360 two months before the PS3 version -- and this is the first CoD game I've even been remotely interested in. See, I can list games, too.

The only exclusive Sony really has that interests me is Resistance: Fall of Man. And not enough to fork out $499 (or $599, or $399) plus the cost of the game. They may lose FF13, they lost launch exclusivity of GTA4 (which they had for VC and SA). I guess "they will be fine" means "they'll remain in third place."

When Nintendo used a crap format (N64 carts) they lost developers. We're talking about Nintendo here, an established presence at the time -- the NES and SNES had dominated their competition. Microsoft has sold a total of around 30 million consoles -- 20M X-Box, 10M 360s. Rounded, because I'm lazy and that's close enough. the N64 sold around that number. In addition, Nintendo actually did well in Japan, something Microsoft does not.

If MS's decision was actually hampering developers, they'd leave.

So take your whining somewhere the fuck else because it doesn't fit in with REALITY. Last gen, Sony had launch exclusivity for GTA:VC and GTA:SA. They lost that this generation. If anything, signs point to Sony pissing off Rockstar, not Microsoft. You never even back up things like:

And Rockstar has been publicly complaining about being forced to try to fit a free roaming city sized world into a smaller amount of space than last gen.

Where? I have no seen such a complaint -- and you'd think someone who hates MS enough to troll EVERY SINGLE GAMES POST might have a goddamn link handy for this. And don't tell me "MS is paying developers" unless you have a link for it. I love how everything MS does is shady or being paid for, but Sony is just this great consumer friendly corporation. I don't know what fairy tale land you live in, but in the world I live in, both companies fucking suck when it comes to the way they treat customers.
