for a vehicle that is wayyyyy more efficient than the average car, uses two wheels, is inexpensive to manufacture, never breaks down, is easy to operate, corners like a dream, and is light enough to carry. I just can't figure out what to call it!
The fun thing about the game is simply experimenting with different ways to customize the growth of your creature. It's very satisfying to have played very carefully in order to end up with a creature that, for example, has a dozen segments that alternate between ones that have fins and ones that don't. There is a thread on the forums where people post their customized creatures; it's pretty neat to see the interesting results you can get from such a simple game.
The thing is that a lot of the best pro gamers out there (at least for the FPS games which I am most familiar with; eg. Q4) only play a couple of hours a day and simply have enough talent and experience to be able to win tournaments on a regular basis. Pro gaming can be a part time job as well. If I remember correctly, a couple of years ago when Paul Nelson (aka "czm") was most active in Quake 3, he was also a math student at Princeton.
Very true. Unfortunately, in my English Lit class, the prof has said we will be required to submit our term papers in electronic format so they can be submitted to a service such at turnitin. It seems to me that perhaps the best way to prove that a work belongs completely to me is to simply hold onto the notes and rough drafts that I have written out in pen. If absolutely required, by using these notes and drafts it would not be difficult to explicate the means by which each and every line of my final paper came into being.
I think that anyone who has read Christopher Tolkien's notes and commentary on Unfinished Tales knows that his respect for his father's work goes far beyond what words can describe. To suggest otherwise is, frankly, an insult to the man who must be considered _the_ Tolkien scholar of the world.
water cooling? It is becoming more popular and I can only imagine prices will start to become more reasonable. Completely silent, and more effective than fans/heatsinks; what more could you ask for?
it's Santa Clause's doing! :)
fake.
It's pretty damn easy these days to watch soccer online: http://www.sopcast.org/ is just one option

"While not necessarily a consequence of global warming it is very cool!" Haha, because they're icebergs! They are COOL! Get it? I did!

And since when do the means justify the end (certain or otherwise)?
