Where, exactly, are tablets with 4GB of RAM and 32-64GB of storage standard? The iPad Air 2, Nvidia Shield, Galaxy Note, and Nexus 9 all start with 16GB of built-in storage.
Applications built with the WinRT API deploy to Windows on Intel just as well, and that's the only API that was available on the devices not getting Windows 10.
The SP3 is available with 8GB of RAM and the screen presents a better color gamut and higher resolution compared to the original Surface Pro. That's ignoring the newer-generation CPU, better battery life, less cramped screen, and noticeably lighter weight. But yeah, meh, since that's only how all computer lines evolve.
