I liked the beginning of the movie... and even up to the first time travel.... I expected a LOT more as far as character development and more of an actual story. So much was left unexplained and the ending didn't really help.
Or maybe he'll talk about post- vs. pre-Columbine Hollywood.
Maybe Junis, Katz's alter ego, could enlighten us on school shootings in Afghanistan: you know, when they shoot a school with a rocket.
Where do_program = user defined function. I suppose this is how you program. You're like a 10 year old that thinks he can make a video game, someone else will just magically fill in all the blanks so you just dictate what you want it to do.
I don't think someone who is so stupid they feel smart by pointing out the obvious, and then gets it wrong, has the right to call any programming language 'crap'.
Of course, to save money, X under Linux uses the tried and true strategy of inexplicably freezing, thereby saving money from error message checks.
Sigh... now I've got to waste 20 seconds of my life.. dum dee dum, I hate slashdot, why do I read it,.... la la l la..
2. zlib is not GPL, it's zlib license, DUH.
3. You are a moron
4. So are Slashdot "editors".
I get Windows (legimately) for free. Why would I pay for Linux?
That is exactly how I felt about the book.

That's not a Wizard! It's a Willard!
As usual, there is a more interesting article on the linked-to site.
Anyone else spot the red comma?
Sounds like you'd better fix it.
Why didn't you just say the following:
begin
do_program;
end.

Or at least, it would be, if the original author had used a char instead of string[1]. WTF? Boy do I feel stupid... Anyways, just change y to y[1]..
I think this is best in terms of both efficiency and elegance:
:= y in ['y', 'Y'];
x

Prove by mathematical induction that it is legal to share TV shows over the internet.
Wait, I don't get it.
Part time workers, no benefits, shitty pay. Of course, they will never make as much money as WalMart, and, hey, I give them what they pay for.
What is this? "Told ya so", except, hey, you didn't. So shut the fuck up.
What the fuck are talking about? What could possibly go wrong with installing a piece of a software under Windows that I couldn't fix?
It only makes sense if he thought it were SMTP. You yourself admit you don't know what the fuck it is supposed to mean otherwise.
Or all the Excel format porn, for that matter.
That's fucking dumb. I set you as Foe expecting it to hide your posts. But it doesn't. It's just really fucking gay, I guess. Oh well, post on.
This guy really knows his shit, and this is is precise, scientific, unbiased and statistically correct analysis from a student employee of Microsoft.
On second thought it's really bad. But it's good for a laugh!!
