*I* did patent it. If you wanna play, gimme your money.
Actually I patented "any kind of 2d graphical representation of a 3d world, in wich the field of vision, perspective and angle would be the same as a character walking, running or strafing in this 3d world, be it fictional or not."
This patent also applies to movies such as Blair's Witch.
- Hey dude, your tire's flat - Go home, or learn where the accelerator pedal is - You moron, speed up - Do you know how I can get to Chestnut St. ? - Yo mamma's fat
A hardware that does the dirty processing job while freeing the CPU ? Wow, that's new. I'm going to the USPTO to get my patent on this.
Maybe I can even make some money on Intel, as they were in clear violation of my patent with their arithmetic coprocessor for use with the 80386SX family of microprocessors .
I'm a SysAdmin in a foreign country (i.e. non-US. Thus I live in a free country and have no fear of DMCA)
This was my real reply to anti-piracy@sonymusic.com. They didn't reply back, and nothing happened.
A friend suggested me I could also have replied with a "Sory, me not understaind english". But I thought this reply would be more amusing for them.

Please shove this fucking DMCA in your ass you greedy bastards.
If you ran multiple VMWare virtual machines at the same time on the same machine, you might have difficulty with each machine having the same ports open (unless you had several network cards, at least one for each virtual machine).
Wrong. Each virtual machine can have its own IP address, completely different from the host machine.
I would assume that a virtual machine compromise would pose no security threat to the rest of the network
<sarcasm> Sure... It's extremelly benefitial to the security of a network to have a hax0red machine inside it.
If what you want is to help the L33t h4xors, then you'd better replace all your switches for hubs as well as putting r00ted machines in your network. </sarcasm>
> One time, I didn't quite put it in all the way. Next thing I know, my computer wont boot, something smells awful, and half my motherboard is yellow-hot. Literally, a quarter of the ram stick was lighting up my entire room; it was that hot.
Ah... So you removed and put the memory again, and it overheated, uh ? I heard you need special ceramic tiles for this memory reentry. Or something like that.
Our results showed that 98% of the wars have futile reasons (mostly for economic and religious reasons), and only interest to a bunch of people, who will be sleeping happy at their cozy homes while the poor bastards will do the dirty job, killing themselves.
The good news is that they found that steam cells can become neurons, thus increasing the intelligence of those who have an IQ deficit, or need to rule a country. Scientist say that once leaders see the light, there'll be no more need for wars. Or, at least, they'll to able to develop better excuses.
I read some people here say there isn't such thing YET, but as a matter of fact, there WAS. Unfortunatelly, no more.
In ye good ol' DOS times, there was DESQview/X, that allowed you to run Win 3.1 in a X-Window, and display it on any X-Server. It could also turn any 386 w/ DOS in a X-terminal.
Pretty cool stuff, but probably little market share. You can see screenshots here. More info here. If you don't care for 95/2000/XP support, as it doesn't have it, you can download DESQview/X here (I didn't test it, though.
Would use sftp in a SSH tunnel over IPv6 encapsulated in IPv4 over X-25. Don't forget to encrypt, obviosuly with an unknown russian algorithm, not only the files but also the instructions on how to download'em. If you have some spare time, instead of sftp you can develop your own [undocumented] protocol.
This way you won't look like a wimp. Jaws will drop, you'll be recognized as a uber BOFH and your peers will respect you.
I know some algorithms that makes trully unbreakable encryption. It's close to that compression algorithm that compresses anything to a single byte. It's fast, easy, and almost does not require processing.
The only bottle neck is that then you can't unencrypt.
You know that small miniature space shuttles NASA sells ? Most people put it over their desk. Most people that buy that are tourists that go to Florida or people who like science.
But not everyone. A small group of evil and ugly terrorists got possession of one of these miniatures; thus they were able to do a very hard and complex - but effective - voodoo ritual, involving that miniature and some matches.

So I can send messages like:
- Hey dude, your tire's flat
- Go home, or learn where the accelerator pedal is
- You moron, speed up
- Do you know how I can get to Chestnut St. ?
- Yo mamma's fat
and direct it to a car.

This would be the easiest DoS.
I was wondering... Is Malbolge object-oriented ?
Here's a better explanation of Malbolge
According to this the Bin Laden family has a construction company with $3-5 billion annual revenue.
Their product [buildings] must be good and bomb-proof. Otherwise Osama wouldn't have survived US bombings.

Does anyone who already worked with this system know how it deals with color contact lenses ? I assume it doesn't.
And is there any problem with regular contact lenses ?

Tech person to boss: Hey, you don't know what happened today. It's so nice.
Boss: What ?
Tech person: We lost all our company 4 years of data. It would be a sad event, however I am so consolate, I'm so happy, life is so beautiful.
Boss: And you're fired.

Out of curiosity, are you a MS programmer ?

Imagine a bewolf cluster made of motherboards with leaking capacitors.

>One server to update them all!
It's wrong. The correct is
"One server to BIND them all!"
