    exactly what part of 9/11 was based on GWB economic policy? Things were bad before 9/11 (Thank you Bill) but tanked thereafter. I'll agree they have not recovered.

    It's not quite fair to say Kerry's "people" have agreed, but Bush himself has not. You've already displayed that this apparently is not a discourse about issues, but an ambush (pardon the pun ;-) to attack GWB. If I were GWB, I would not participate either. Besides, unlike most of the yahoos reading this board, GWB has a job.

    This experimental car apparently didn't meet even the most minimum saftey requirements and should not have been permitted on the public road. I seriously doubt (but have not confirmed) it had a seatbelt, airbags, bumpers or any other safety equipment designed into cars today. Its operation should only have been permitted on a track somewhere where other vehicles could have been removed. I know that there are "rallys" and contests where these cars enjoy the privileges of licensed vehicles, but this article points to the reason they should not be allowed to do so. Now the Canadian government will likely pass some idiotic law constraining the privileges of normal road users on behalf of these experimental vehicles,

    If he had said "we can't release Doom3 because of CL's patents" then CL would have felt the wrath of every Geek worldwide.

    If he had said "we'll release Doom3 but without support for CL's proprietary stuff" then everyone would have just upgraded their sound card when they upgrade their video for D3 ;-)
