  4. Intellectual Property is killing everything on EU Court Adviser Says Software Ideas Can't Be Copyrighted · · Score: 5, Insightful

There are so many lawsuits flying around over patents, copyrights and wishful thinking that it's no wonder we are in recession. It doesn't matter what you want to do, you are going to get sued by someone. So why bother? People don't.

  11. So no www.harvard.xxx on Schools Buy .xxx Domains In Trademark Panic · · Score: 3

but www.yalesluts.xxx will still be available. I really don't think money for education should be diverted to porn site registration unless they plan to run the porn site themselves! Are there concealed cameras in the dorm rooms? Gotta get content somewhere!

You can make a new phone book, it can look different but the information inside it must still be the same and it would not be infringing any copyrights. File trading is the way listeners find new music this century. A farmer who's crops were pollinated by genetically modified wheat from adjacent fields was successfully sued by Monsanto for patent infringement. 19. It's not at all addictive on The White House Responds To We the People Petition · · Score: 5, Funny

I use it medically and I have to choose to take it every day. There is no compulsion to take it, it isn't addictive at all. My town is rather isolated physically so we have several rehab centers here and I meet patients regularly. I have never heard of anyone needing treatment to stop smoking pot. I have met people that stopped and none of them needed treatment or had any trouble stopping. The withdrawal from pot is the 'munchies' that you get when it's wearing off. That is easily treated with cookie therapy.
