Not true. Santander began growing in 1999 after a merger with another two Spanish banks, Banco Central Hispanoamericano that were the product of another merger in 1991. Franco died in 1975 and there were dozens of banks and credit unions during his regime.
One way to check JPEG/PNG/GIF files that may be corrupted is browsing the folder with thumbnails on. The files that doesn't show the thumbnail are corrupted.
The European Telecom operators should know that we, Internet subscribers, pay for our connection top Euros to be able to access sites like Google, Gmail or Youtube. Google is offering most of their services for free to their users and we, as clients of the Telecom companies, are already paying.
At least, Spain's Telefonica CEO demonstates he's just a parasite that doesn't know about what he's talking except getting more money from Google and their clients. If you understand the Spanish talked by a almost drunk man, you'll get the point watching this video:
"Tachy Goes to Coventry" is a feature in vBulletin 3. Some people call it the hellban. Basically what it does is have people it is assigned to completely ignored in the forums. Their posts, threads and so forth are never seen by regular users.
From the vB3 Control Panel under vBulletin Options -> User Banning Options:
This option allows you to effectively add a user or users to every member's 'Ignore List'. However, users in this list can still see their own posts and threads...
vBulletin 3 also allows timed bans for periods as short as a day up to and including permanent bans.
At least this is what Toshiba and Microsoft would like the story to develop... It's a pity we're talking about Microsoft's Game Division, where profit doesn't seem to be near in any possible future.
No, I meant a format playable in all devices and programs;) Ogg Vorbis is very far from being a universal format, it's "just" an open format, but very limited to be played in the millions of devices and programs available today.
If you wanted to say open, yes, Ogg Vorbis is an open format and that's the format I will rip the CD when my boyfriend receives his "In Rainbows" box, to be played in my iRiver H340 and clix2;)
I bought the album for GBP2.5 and I'm very pleased with the result. They deserve the money for distributing their music in a universal format like MP3, without any kind of DRM and directly to the listener.
It's my first RadioHead album that I have bought, but I may buy more if they keep this attitude for their fans and casual listeners alike.
If Sony releases the PS3 way cheaper than any Blu-Ray player... How would the other Blu-Ray players react to this? Who would want to buy another Blu-Ray player if the PS3 is the cheapest one and it is also a next-gen console, allegedly the most powerful of all?
I just don't get Sony's plans...
DVD-video was a success because it is the only digital format and all studios support it. From now on, it's a three-head race with Blu-Ray, HD-DVD and the good-enough-for-most-of-consumers ol' DVD.
I'm happy with what I can rip and view as I like ^_^
The iRiver H320 and H340 display photos on its 2" 262K LCD screen (BMP and JPEG).
Also upgrading to the latest 1.20 firmware, they play XviD videos restricted to these settings:
File format : AVI Video Codec : XviD MPEG4 (recommended XviD 1.0.2 codec) Resolution : 220 x 176 only Frame Rate : 10fps at Maximum Bit Rate : 500Kbps at Maximum (recommended under 450Kbps) Audio Codec : MP3 BitRate : 128Kbps, 44.1KHz
It's not much until you begin converting videos and series episodes and you take it wherever you want:)
Because I may want to connect it to my Hi-Fi system in a nice, small and convenient player thanks to the decent 20mW output:)
Btw, I am definitely going to buy the 40GB player:)

No, you are not right. In Spain, where we both live it's illegal to copy software, even if it's non-for-profit.
But Spanish judges dismiss charges against people modifying their consoles or copying music or movies for personal use.
What Nintendo wants is to make illegal devices like R4/M3/WiiKey and blocking webpages that give access to pirated games (software).
Good luck with that, but I don't think it would be possible here.
When you install Windows 7 Beta 1 it clearly states that you _won't_ be able to upgrade from the Beta to the release version (RTM).
I think Microsoft doesn't want anyone to make this beta his primary OS.
XP machine asked me to reboot.
Vista machine didn't ask me to reboot.
In both machines update was applied with Internet Explorer closed.

May you burn in PSP hell for writing spoilers in an Slashdot post. This deserves to be modded into oblivion :P
No, "Quijote" is correct, at least in Spain. Mexico and Texas is preferred over "Mejico" or "Tejas", but "Quijote" is correct Spanish

In fact, "Quixote" is not recognized in Spanish:
