Just open the round with a Nicotini and hope the other stuff is sweet enough to wash out something that "tastes like a cross between vodka and chewing tobacco." I'm sure you could drop a shot of nicotine infused vodka into it alla Dr. Peppers... but either way it sounds like a recipe for Hoerk to me:)
I'll have my vices one at a time.

Already exists... but it's Poser and a Morph Target Dial. Poser 5 around $400, V3 around $70, watching the polygons fracture when you set the boob dial to 20... Priceless.

Victoria 3 has something like 20 breast morphs just for adjusting shape and size. Of course, I'm a chick so huge digi-boobs don't really impress me much. Michael 3 on the other hand... kidding!
Before investing in Bryce, one should know it's always been (as far as I've seen) very bad at interoperating with other 3D applications. You can export terrains as OBJ files but most other objects you create in Bryce can only be exported as OBP which no other 3D application I've encountered will import. It locks you into rendering in Bryce, where the current Max and Maya engines are superior (in my opinion of course).
World Builder is probably more where it's at for landscapes. It's plays nice with most other 3D apps and the output is much nicer than alot of what you can get out of Bryce. I have to admit that Bryce's interface drives me mental so I'm somewhat biased against;)

This can, and has been used by the police to, for example, prove that a certain person has been at a certain location at a certain time.
Am I the only one thinking it only proves the phone was in a certain place at the time? Maybe I have a devious mind but one would think a criminal out to fabricate an alibi would just love that system.
Look, your argument is based off a false premise: that people won't create without copyright monopolies
Not really. Artists and others may still create works, that's pretty much a given. It would just never make it to the general viewing public to be exploited by anyone who wants to make a buck off it.
Your comparison to the Rennaisance is a bad one. At that time people didn't have the means to make unlimited and exact copies of the works being created. The work had the value it did because it was severely limited to a quantity of one. It didn't need copyright protection because it couldn't be copied the way works can be today.
It's a fake if Mac.com allows users to reference their style sheets. View the page source for mac.com and the FAQ page. Both reference "/i/ma/1/waqua.css" and "/i/ma/1/helpwindow.js"
Just thought it worth pointing out that they're keeping their.css and.js files in a/1 directory.
This is an interesting answer to arguments that online music sharing is nothing but theft.
Well yeah, it's interesting. In the sense that the complaint about music sharing is copyright violation and this apparent answer is... more copyright violation. See right of distribution for the prior and right to modification/ creation of derivitave works for the latter. That is of course assuming that the tracks being 'mashed' aren't being licensed.
Personally, I think a better answer would be to share what's legal if you want to give file sharing a better name. Why hand the music industry more ammunition?
They may not ditch Scooby considering the movie coming up. I'm sure alot of parents plan to bring the wee ones to that. I don't know how good the movie will be but it could keep old school Scooby on the air.

I'm assuming that since this game is being compared both here and on the site to Everquest/Asheron's Call, it's a pay to play thing. Though I couldn't find that spelled out on the page (I plead blonde).
In any case, the word 'account' caught my attention in this post. If you pay to have an account that is yours does that make the account your property? If so, why shouldn't players be able to sell what they've essentially purchased?
Besides I thought all these massively massive games prided themselves on working economies as part of the game play.;)

I totally agree here, replying as to not be too redundant.
Online communities tend to be groups of people with a single common interest. Hey just like real life:p. For example, I'm an artist (read: bum) and belong to a few online communities for that interest. Rarely are the people in these groups anything alike and are scattered all over the globe. In short I meet people that I'd not have had the opportunity to without the Net.
What's isolating about a common interest? I'm no more likely to join a KKK 'virtual community' than I am to go out and attend gatherings in the sunshine with a pillowcase on my head.
Maybe I just don't get it, not owning a TV, but there's a huge difference between the net and vegging out infront of the tube.
I've seen that point made a few times, that there were probably existing troubles. Seems if that's the case blaming the whole thing on DoS is hugely irresponsible.
Some where out there right now is a kiddie thinking 'w00+! I brought down an ISP!' Chances are said kiddie won't face any consequences for doing so and now with largely inflated ego... I think you get my point.
Why not just combine the two..
Pawn to Queen's knight four/Jab
Bishop to King's rook three/Right Hook
It would be more amusing watching them move the pieces with the gloves on.

As a matter of fact-- Damn, that's my cellphone. I can't talk and type at the same time. :P Toodlies!

Nice models, though.
Hey! I resemble that comment...
