How is blowing up oil lines, schools, and voters "Freedom fighting"?
From what I've been hearing, almost none of the terrorists that are caught now are actually from Iraq.
So what we have here is armed men entering Iraq for the sole purpose of stirring up shit.
Sure, you can still say "One man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter", but it seems to be along the lines of "One man's horse is another man's dead rotting carcass that's been sitting there all week."
They who? For instance, if Bush signed up for the ICC, would it of become law? No, it would have to pass though Congress, and the Senate.
I've heard that the vast majority of US soldiers are US citizens, with families in the US. And ALL these people have influence on their Congressmen and Senators.
You think these people like the idea of an International Criminal Court?
Not to mention, I don't even think it's Constitutional.
You forgot to add
"And you can put all that money that you were going to buy the RAID card with, and buy more/bigger HDs"
The man just said 1GB per second to saturate.
Which is far beyond the writing speed of the fresh hard drive you've put in. 1/10 that if you're lucky.
So, 10% CPU to rebuild a HD, at 100MB per second 400GB hard drive would take a little over an hour to rebuild.
Damn, I hope he reads this before he trys anything.

I must of missed that. Besides flowery words, how did the the "Whole world with very few exceptions" support the US?
Talk is not support. Blood and treasure is support.
I'm using a Promise SX4 card, and their linux support has been horrible.
I'd be very surprised to find out that this is completely different with their other cards.
From the balistics chart for military ammo I'm looking at, it's worse than that.
The slowest round that isn't a grenade, moves at 2500fps.
Most of the FPS games I watch have the fighting at around 100 feet. But let's be generous(and lazy), and say 250.
How far is a bullet going to drop in 1/10 of a second? Not very far.
How are we supposed to come up with a good solution if we don't even know the scope of the problem?
ie:How much money are we talking about here?
Who cowers from 30 year interest-free loans?
Ad blockers? What do you need that for? Don't you automatically filter out ads and billboards by now?
Did it ever occur to you that maybe the Bush administration is trying to deliver a poison pill to the world bank?
Uh, they're only binding if they don't go against the Constitution.
And yes, the President can sign treaties, but if they're unconstitutional, then they're invalid.
So, is the ICC constitutional?
Oh noes! International trouble!
Please Mr International, don't threaten to really consider creating a meeting to discuss the ramifications of possibly taking actions against the US!
The "International community" is as potent an entity as the "Arab Street".
Give it up man. The "Admit it when I'm wrong" part of his brain is damaged or missing.
LOL. Man, what a day not to have mod points.
I've been curious about Ruby, and I'm probably going to try using RoR to fix up my PHP/MySQL site. So I've got a quick question:
How much did you know about OO before you started? I've never had to touch it before.
Considering how many eyebrows you're raising, maybe it would be a good idea to write up an article on it?
:)
Unless you enjoy having to explain yourself over and over.
You put way too much effort into your post. Here's how to achieve the same effect with minimal effort. Ahem:
Midichlorians.
Isn't Jesus dead?
Mod this guy down. My feet hurt.
Yeah, but all you have to do is build a big greenhouse and put a wind turbine in it. Great for countries with low tech and some useless land.
Honestly? I'd rather build a Windmill. I'm not sure if I'll ever own a house where the neighbors won't be upset by that though.
'They'?

WTF?
Seriously, you can't write up a report that show s how badly the company is losing money on ink jets?
What? Materialistic Chinese? That cannot be! Everyone knows only westerners are materialistic. :-P
