GIMP And OS X

But Photoshop has beaten them all. What makes you think the Gimp will be any different? Is it a killer app? Does it offer any real advantages over photoshop? (or GraphicsConverter 4.04 [awesome FREE program] for that matter)
Why don't you just get a Mac and a 3rd party monitor? Mac's still have VGA ports (iMac's and iBooks too). Or maybe you're just a anti-Mac troll and didn't think that far ahead.
I'm sorry but you're not a very good mac admin then. And neither was the admin at the job I am at now. But all our machines now are running spot on with almost no crashes for the last year. All it takes is a little understanding of how MacOS works and making sure that new applications you install are compatible with other apps and the OS. At that point you either need to install the necessary patches or update the offending apps. Also don't let people install just anything on their Macs. Use Multiple users to create restricted user accounts to prevent that.
And why in good God's earth are you always reseting the PRAM? Excercising your fingers? I find it useful every once in a while to rebuild the desktop, but very rarely. Restoring the PRAM is a last ditch effort when you are having problems with Monitors and conflicting resolutions or Appletalk troubleshooting. Other than that you are wasting your time.
In its day a dual processor 450MHz G4 went for $2500 or less. Even maxing out the RAM to 1.5GB and adding SCSI drives (which they didn't do) you would still be well under $4000 not the $6K-$10 you quoted. That's just FUD. For $2500 now you can get dual 533MHz with 133MHz bus and $1000 with get you 3 good quality 512MB PC133 DIMMS.
At one point Microsoft did support NT4 for the PowerPC. And there was someone who hacked their OpenFirmware on their 9600 to run NT (but that was never supported). I think it has always been in Microsofts capabilities to make an OS for Macs... but why? Macs are more expensive than faster PC's. You could also ask why haven't they made Windows for Sun or RS6000 or SGI (MIPS based). Windows, like PC's are commodity hardware, and that's where the big bucks come from when all you do is sell software and not a solution like Apple, Sun, IBM, etc do. --
Why not pay per play? Arcades get away with it and no one complains (except me; $1 to play a fucking flight simulator? come on!). Why not bring the arcade home? I'm not saying I like the idea; I'd rather buy my games and play them at my leisure, but what if I simply wanted to try out a game before buying it? --
Actually ethernet is 10/100/1000 on the Mac. Not much of a difference now, but it is forward thinking. Also, the Apple motherboard has 4 64bit PCI slots. --

The Towers are pretty damn nice if you ask me.

Ever hear of MRAM? Or how about MRAM? Oh, and don't forget MRAM?

There is a Mac version of Outlook you know. Version 8.22 sucks badly but the beta of Outlook 2001 isn't half bad.
It's super high bandwidth too. Put a 60GB hard drive in a capsule and send it cross town. 60Gb in a few minutes. Not bad!

Palm Desktop from Palm will work with this.

Last week I bought a PC that didn't include Windows... I got it from MacWarehouse.

Simple blobs improve their chemical processes and beget simple proto-cells.
Wow, that's a pretty big leap there. You're missing like, oh I don't know, about 20 million steps in there.

You did take the time to learn English just so you can insult us. Looks like we won.

I don't think it would hurt APPL, but it would maybe hurt AAPL (Apples real stock symbol). :)

why dump our waste on a planet? Just shoot it towards the sun and let our cosmic vacuum cleaner do its job.

My point exactly. Who cares if someone says fuck? Would it be newsworthy if he beat his wife? Maybe, but saying fuck? Nah.

That's how a fucking CEO handles stuff. He isn't a fucking pansy that prances around what he really wants to say. Fuck ya! Fuck!
