  1. Re:Demopaja was still the first on Farb-Rausch Releases PC Demo Creation Software · · Score: 1

demopaja's DLL plugin interface is TERRIBLE.. respects to memon, but its not programmer friendly enough for me.. or for most coders for that matter. even the demos that are erleased with demopaja are no where near as impressive as moppi's

  2. original music?? on Fan-made Maniac Mansion 256 Color Remake · · Score: 1

How comes none of the characters have their CD players with the original music. I don't remember all that well, but it doesn't seem to be right. (could the music being played in the house from the DOTT?)

Are there any other inconsistencies with the game that I should be aware of?

now, why would anyone want to run code on a VM on one of these machines assume for a second I have an expensive 64bit machine running intensive mathematical simulations, could you please explain to me why I would want to waste precious cycles on the user interface that was designed in .net and running under the VM. What about if my server is serving 100 headless clients all running GUI code based on a VM, or if I'm running a webservice that does the same thing for 1000 clients sure it great that you can support so many architectures with a minimum of code, but in real world situations, why should anyone use it? btw, the same argument can apply to inefficient JIT compilers.

what are you on crack?.. its not like you're ripping off a major hollywood studio that stands to gross millions of dollars on their next DVD release. you're looking at ripping off a couple guys that did all the work from their basements and to think, I thought most people had ethics about things of this sort. pick up the DVD, i did, and its worth every penny.. and did they mention, its like 16$!?

Keep kids off the street!!, you've got to be joking, the only kids that will be kept off the street is kids that WEREN'T on the streets in the first place.

Hell, these are the kinds of kids you want to put ON the street!!, gaming once in a while is ok, but asking kids to spend their evenings at school until the weee hours playing video games is pretty much condemming them to become unsocial gamers.

Worse thing is, if school is emphasing gaming instead of say programming ( or say unix, etc.), these kids will end up like many people in their 20's who still spend hours in front of computers and have no real technical skills to show for it.....

oh wait, some people I know have MSCEs...
