I bought the game the second it came out, It got very good reviews, but I think I was expecting star fox 64.
I start to play it and it has a very cool intro that got me into the game but what really turned me off was the non rail game play. I love the 64 version because it was on rails. This game is more a stratagy game, you have to protect Great Fox at all costs, to do this you have to draw lines to the enemies and you need to fight them before they get to the GreatFox, this is soo boring to me, and I got very frustrated with it. Also once you get into battle the levels are all based on a planet, they do not have that feeling that I loved from the starfox 64.
This game will be fun to people that have never played starfox, but for me it really was a huge disapointment.

naw look at the aspect ratio, Apple's is much better, 16:9.. compaired to 16:10, dvds have black boards. Remember this is a pro machine, its for people that work in those aspect ratios all day long.

must do this as root
so flash it in R and D mode, and then sudo gainroot, and boom.. your done.
I love mine, I got mine on November 25th, and I have to say the software is amazing, I had to make a 32mb swap to the card but other than that, it renders sites beautifully, and it does a great job with all my gtk apps, like gaim and xchat, and abiword. Also I find it to be very easy to transfer data to it with SCP. It would be nice to see a Minimo deb, a Windows CE mozilla browser, and maybe have them tweak the wifi alittle so it looks and operates like a mac. But other than that I love it.. And the screen is crystal clear
thats like saying the power supply in a normal tower doesnt not need a surge protecter either.. and trust me I have seen blown power supplies for laptops KILL the laptop.
No matter what this survery says, its bogus, people treat laptops like shit. Iv seen more dented up, abused laptops then ones that have "manufacture defects". Also you tend to see alot of bad harddrives in laptops because they are bounced around so much. If your buying an Apple laptop I highly recommend Applecare, just because it is a laptop, and you will be bouncing it around. Hell how many laptop users carry a surge protector around with them?
Hey, Your problem is with the depot that apple sent it to not with apple. I would suggest looking into who they sent it to, flextronics, or CTS, or whoever (those are the two that come up when I do a google search) and You should also blaim DHL, considering they are the ones responsible. If you contact apple support at 1800APLCARE and talk to someone that is higher up, they might just replace your computer with a new one.
Also why didnt you just take it to an Apple Store?
Also just like any tech shop if they do a repair, they verifiy the problem, replace what the problem part was, then they verifiy the repair. If the repair looks complete, they mail it back. Its not their fault they didnt see anything wrong after they did the repair, heck it might be even something that was caused by being in lost in transit for 2 weeks.
Maybe your power adapter is bad and is causing spikes in voltage to hit the logic board, WHO KNOWS.. I would just recommmend contacting you local apple store and expressing you situation. Apple will take care of you.

Plus I am getting so tired of the commericals for video on the phone that splice High quality video on the screen of the phone so it doesnt look like shit.

umm, you can do what ever you want with music you have in itunes. itunes music is not proprietary, it plays on anything, including linux, aac file format is universal, now as for the Drm its less restricting then you think...
it is, but staroffice is normally better because it has features you would pay for. Like more asian fonts or something... Blah Ill stick with abiword and gnumeric
