I work at a ISP as a Tech support rep, the isp I work for is a 56k provider, any one that has Windows 95, 98 or ME, will have problems with AOL software 5 and version 4. This is what you do to fix it:
1. R&R (Remove and Reinstall) Dial up Networking (DUN) Say no to version conflicts (in the control panel go to add remove programs) 2. R&R TCPIP and remove all AOL clients installed in your "Network" in the control panel. Make sure when you are done you have Client For Microsoft Networks, Dial Up Adapter and TCPIP. I normally reinstall everything But Dial Up adapter. Save and it will ask you for your windows cd or cabs, supply them and MAKE SURE YOU SAY "NO" to all version conflicts. It will ask to reboot say "No" 3. GO into msconfig and remove AOL from the startup of your computer!! Press yes and reboot!
Now you should be all set! No more curruption. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO CLEAN YOUR SYSTEM! And if this doesnt work you have alot of registry hacks to do...
P.S. DO NOT OPEN AOL AGAIN or it will recurrupt your system!:)

I downloaded the developers preview and it had problems with my PC geforce 2 mx (that works fine in 10.1 and 9.2. It will boot up and once it loads the background (or Quartz Extreme) they screen will turn grey. Even when I load the CD1 of the install cds it does the same thing. I had to put my old ATI video card back in. my Pc geforce 2 is a PNY Verto MX400 from compusa, it worked beautifuly with out flashing.. I hope this problem gets fixed. But its amazing!!!
what are you talking about? Windows is alot worse, for example, if you loose the password for Content Adviser in IE you have to reinstall windows or go hacking your registry. VERY USER FRIENDLY!

I just read his review. He said Konqueror is faster than mozilla loading, this is because he is running it within KDE! I here use windowmaker and find mozilla to be alot faster (1.0 rc1). Also he is running these browsers on a slow slow machine. (Even slower than the average on the current slashdot poll). Konqueror is a great browser if your IN KDE! Also there is alot of changes since Mozilla 0.9.8 and 1.0 rc1. I find 1.0 rc1 to be about 30% faster then 0.9.9. I really hope next time that they use the lastest browsers.

I run gentoo and its amazing, if I want Mozilla 0.9.9 I type emerge mozilla and its perfectly installed. Gentoo is amazing, fast, I can even say perfect. this is the best distro ever in my mind.. Every app is compiled FOR my system and gentoo doesnt use any Binary packages. If you want a speedy install you can use the precompiled packages. And if there isnt a package you want you just write a simple ebuild for your package. sudo emerge phpnuke for example....
What if a kid doesnt know what it is and sticks it to his ear? How loud is it? and If can turn a table into a speaker than I bet it could turn a kids ear into jelly...heh.. but this idea will catch on and it will sell big time here in the US
No it never came out in Japan, I would know because i have a Japanese N64 and I buy TONS AND TONS AND TONS of japanese games, I also spent 3 years there.

The Triforce is a new add of for the BOTTEM of the Gamecube that hooks up in the expansion bay, I dont know if you guys remember this but they had a similar product it was called the DD64(Disc Drive 64) Do you remember? Nintendo Never released it for the N64, hopefully they will wont do the same for the triforce. The DD64 Let you play Discs (CDS) and they were going to make the next Zelda using it. But I guess Miyamoto Cancled it. It also would let you add new courses to games Like FZERO and waveracer. Very cool product. The DD64 drifted further into the sea of vaporware, Nintendo shifted the title to the cartridge format. Fans worried that this would mean a reduction in playable content, until Nintendo announced that Zelda 64 would be the largest cartridge ever produced: 256 megabits, or 32 megabytes. With cartridges half the size of DD64 discs and the flagship title gone to console, the future of Nintendo's add-on became far less certain.
So You can see Nintendo Has done stuff like this in the past, I remember seeing this bad boy at E3 , Just because Nintendo makes a new board doesn't mean they will release it.

THey cant sue because the IPOD uses HFS+ for its filesystem, and this software allows windows to mount HFS+ simple!
