    They have never come to by side of the neighbourhood in Suwanee, GA. There is a 2 mile stretch where just about every phone I have owned (6 different phones from 3 different carriers, with Verizon among them) don't work. The signal drops no matter what. That is one way my wife can tell, I am close to home. What a way to keep track of me, Me: Yeah honey, I am only a couple of miles away. Wifey: No you are not. Then how come the phone is worki....(click). Then I show up a 1/2 hr later. :)

    No....Longhorn is one the restaurants in Seattle somewhere near the Whistler ski slopes. Most of the names are very local to Seattle and make sense to the people in the area.

    You should, because this could mean changes in how the company does business, more toward OSS, more toward OSX, more toward Microsoft, or many of the other big decisions that could help or hurt the company and thereby the industry as a whole, when you talk such a large company. So, you should care.

    The best thing for that as I found out recently is, to download TweakUI for Windows XP (be carefuly...The download from MS site does not install unless you have XP SP2) and there is a feature to use "Classic Search" for IE and the Windows Shell. This works best.

    It was a problem, but not as big as it was made out to be. Once the media got a hold of the story, it was just blown completely out of proportion. The year 2038 will also be the same.

    You are so right. That is the first word I tried and it lists Sex and the City, but not anything related to adult material. I guess this is another one of the Google sensorships we will have to live with. Although, I am sure there is a work around for it. Knowing a company like google, they are always prosumer rather than bottom line.

    It is sad to see what a company that has revolutionized computers is doing. They should put more stock into business and got at it more aggressively than trying to sell those AS/400's and other proprietary stuff. When will companies realize that proprietary stuff doesn't sell anymore.

    I am not being a troll, but for all the known spammers, there are so many unknown, who live in other countries. How is a state law going to prosecute these people? How/Will the law be implemented. This remains to be seen.

    I love OS X. It is rock solid, and has nice graphics. I just don't want to spend X$ to buy a machine that will work with only one OS. I prefer Linux as well. So, yes, if given the option of having a Mac on an x86, I definitely would buy one.

    The problem is that you don't know which to remove and which to keep with the XPLite. Will it let me remove the core stuff that makes windows run? I thought COM+ was an important part of Windows. If I can remove it, what are the consequences? How am I supposed to know
