The only solution is to make the offices & overall government less valuable. I.e. diminish the ability to create winners. The best way to do this would be to strictly enforce the Commerce Clause.

These are the kind that make their money by having the government disrupt/destroy markets with new regulations (that they helped write) and are into other "Big Government" things like making sure that everyone thinks the same.
All the opponents of TPP listed on that web site are left wing. Usually, such groups applaud statist economic and personal intervention, especially with such things as the TPP which is rumored to include some very strict AGW rules.
