a much more sane response but not so popular would be to ban gyms - they would have a much higher effect as regards to training. maybe, just MAYBE you should pay more attention to the education in the 14 to 20 range. they're not adults yet - banning antisocial people from school due to something inane as smoking a cigarette is just a fucking stupid tactic if you're not planning on alienating said persons from other pupils on purpose. put them in a special group in the school or whatever, banning them from the school(their entire social circles for daytime) entirely is just stupid.
anyways.. the fps games are largely not even trying to be simulations. there are plenty of game genres in which the games try to be simulators that could be applied to criminal behavior, but did they ban ms flight simulator? who the fuck would want to live in a society that bans ms flight simulator?

seriously though, the amount of papers in the cs field.. is that most of them are just crap published for the sake of publishing, starting even from basic things like making a paper on how some api works with 3 pages of filler. not even kidding.

that is one reason why this surveillance without oversight stuff is getting way out of hand. it gives direct access to investment information. it is very easy to privately argue even that such information should be used by americans to further their investments in china and elsewhere and that "oh the russians are doing it already".
of course who it gets to benefit is just chosen by.. well, the local putin equivalent. it's not good for free trade, business in overall or anybody really.

furthermore, fuck sri lanka. even if facebook had asked the government if it's okay to bash muslims on facebook the government would have probably said hell yea. it's not that many years they were in an outright civil war with the tamils losing and getting stomped on by the government.
