according to the above comments - I'm glad it got reposted cause I must have missed it.
I, for one, think this design is friggin awesome. I'd like to see how he routed his power needs on some of those panels.
However - to hell with being in what appears to be a shitty building otherwise. Though I'm unfamiliar with Hong Kong so maybe this is the good part of town.
"That's why people with untreated ADHD can develop the habit of seeking out conflict, or letting problems build to near crisis levels."
This actually explains a LOT if this does indeed apply to me. I've been debating for years if I should go talk to a doctor and see if I am/have ADD/ADHD. Thing is - I don't feel like "Oooh butterfly!". It's more that I just get bored with a lot of projects easily. I do often like to wait til there's enough pressure to create a high enough "density" of work for me to do though. I very much procrastinate and also have one hell of a time studying - I normally reserve that for the day of the test.
However, a psychology teacher I had once quipped "the best way to remain mentally fit is to remain undiagnosed" - due to people's ability/desire to manifest problems from nothing.
I asked my mailman if he could stop delivering such items. "Sorry, can't." "Why?" "It's how they pay my salary."
Essentially it's another ad-supported service, but they're apparently really shitty at it.
However, unsolicited mail pisses me off to no end. I'd just as easily remove my mailbox from my yard as I would delete an email address that's been sold to spammers. It's a waste of time, a waste of resources, and a waste of money.
Why not call the $9 billion the mail service is losing a "tax payer supported service" and be done with it? Do we say the department of transportation is losing 20 billion a year (random number I guessed)? No, that's just what it costs to run that service.
Personally it's what killed it for me. Why? I thrive on that consistency in order to navigate through a familiar site efficiently. The fact that so much was able to be moved and hidden made it a total pain in the ass for me and ruined the experience.
What irks me other than the obvious is this line: "Agents arrested John Luchetti on March 17. He has pleaded not guilty to distribution of child pornography."
What if he goes to trial and is found not guilty? He still has the stigma attached to him. If you google his name you've got more than plenty of links on the poor sap and some on this story. They're basically treating him as if this case is already closed and frankly, that's just fucked up.
So let me get this straight - you're paying ~$600+/year vs. ~$120+/year for the privilege of channel surfing? I just ask my friends what they recommend and add it to my queues.
While I support your statement regarding watching things you normally wouldn't - the economics don't seem to support your methods. Just my opinion, however.
What's funny is that the only way I have fun is when I play people just as lazy as me. I hate the whole micro thing. I feel like you have to be a special kind of obsessed to really master that game. And well...that's no fun. You can't exactly have a beer while playing SC2.

Thank you for this.
Seconded. Almost.

My friend told me it was Windows 3.1 and the password was password.
+1 for this!
I see what you did there...
And here I thought it was just my fault for not using IE...
Seconded - and yes I'm another one of those paying customers.
Apparently outskirts means a couple hours of driving. Although - it's about 70 miles.
So not entirely incorrect but a bit of a stretch on that point.
I also found it curious that his body was "buried at sea" so quickly.
Both had/were Weapons of Mass Distraction.
Woosh.

Pretty much nailed it.
Ish.
Take it back to before facebook discovered apps and changed the layout twice a year. You know, when it was simple and did what it was supposed to do.
And yes, didn't look like my little pony and bratz got shoved into a blender.
Thanks! :)
Maybe made this ruling with projected inflation in the next 5 years. ;)
While I appreciate your reply I don't quite understand your answer.
I'll rephrase my questions in case I was difficult to understand.
1) Is the term "pre-paid card" in this instance referring to a "pre-paid sim card"?
2) Are there iphones made for other countries that do accept sim cards?
3) If the answer is both "no" to 1 and 2, then by what method is a prepaid card utilized?
They must have good training.
Pre-paid card = pre-paid sim card?
If so would that work on any iphone at all out there?

At that rate #1 next week should be Elbonia.

Sweet, we'll just need some hydrogen bombs to release all that O2 into the atmosphere. Yeah....that's the ticket. ;)
Agreed here.
