The bottom 50% of earners only receive 10%-15% of ALL THE MONEY in the posted GDP each year. They literally have nothing to tax.. And social security is STILL a higher percentage tax than the majority of businesses pay.

Sales Tax is almost always owed by the PURCHASER. That's why all the stores in my state have a LICENSE to COLLECT that tax and sent it on your behalf to the State. So if I buy something via mail order in Michigan from a business only in Iowa THAT BUSINESS has no obligation to MICHIGAN to collect anything. I still have the obligation to PAY MICHIGAN its USE TAX because I LIVE in that state.
That's the only issue, that a state cannot tell people in OTHER STATES to follow its laws. Not to mention, complying with ONE state tax where your physical store is located is hard... Why should an online business have to collect for 50 states?
Why don't states force BUSINESSES to pay the Sales Tax on what they sell? Because taxing sales BETWEEN THE STATES is illegal for any state to do. It's illegal for Ohio to force a business shipping into Ohio to pay ANY tax to do so. It's illegal for Michigan to COLLECT any tax from Michigan business on an item sold to Ohio. That keeps states from starting trade wars with each other.
So either the FEDS need to enact a federal clearinghouse that allows Internet businesses to only file one form per customer, or they need to compel the BANKS and other financial services located IN EACH STATE to collect taxes based on their accounts mailing address. That's the closest to "constitutional" because you receive and pay your Visa at a bank licensed to your state, and you receive the bill at your postal mailing address. So each statement would only have to account for ONE sales tax per customer.
Clinton did that because his generals enforcing the post Desert Storm sanctions DEMANDED the attacks. And started calling him "dereliction of duty" for not bombing more things.
The main conflict Clinton got us in was UN approved actions to stop several civil wars where people were murdering their neighbors women and children in the streets after Communism broke down. That's hardly "warmongering" which is why the GOP hated it so much.
Even the Monica Lewinsky thing was an unprecedented PERSONAL lawsuit against a sitting President. Prior to Clinton such a thing was unheard of... With Carter, Clinton, and now Obama, the GOP (and followers).keep taking "equivelant" stands... But these aren't equivelant to the things Nixon, Regan, Bush 2... Pulled violating laws put in place on the PRESIDENTS DUTIES.
As for the "bombing Americans" argument, that's the military staffers Bush put in place screwing their boss over with "leaks". Cheney taught them how to do it, and Obama doesn't have the balls to start executing generals for lose lips... Like Bush did to Ambasadors and RETIRED Generals that merely DISAGREED with him.
NASA is "military" whenever it's convienent for the government. It's civilian when nobody feels like paying for something they want to do. It's mixed when they do raw science and launch spy Satillite repairs with the same mission...

But they try not to treat paying customers as badly as EA. DRM, DLC and Freemimum, and always connected are here to stay. The companies that remain useful will make those as PAINLESS as possible for paying customers.

We already know it automatically tries to identify people, so that information is STORED somewhere along with the whole camera frame, whatever might be in it. Like rob here says, the ENTIRE PURPOSE is for Google to gather those ancillary images and sounds and sell ads to the highest bidder. You walk into a bar, what beer is advertized? What song is playing while you're dancing? You can quickly see that turning into ad data sold to beer companies based on who saw their ads, and forwarding a list of bars that didn't pay ASCAP for the DJ last night.
People miss that this ALL PRIVACY being targeted... We already have complaints from PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS that wish people not to use Google Glass there. YOUR HOME is next... I mean all your friends have Googke Glass, they aren't going to look in your medicine cabinet, or see your brand of foot-fungus cream. Remember these are the AUTOMATED images, so Google isn't invading THEIR PRIVACY because their photos, videos, audio tracks are password protected. Google is just racking up EVERYBODY AROUND them!!

Most have a tape or DVR of limited space and keep reusing the space. Generally something from six months ago is "forgotten". Google Glass is you running around taking pictures of everybody else's stuff. And storing it in a vast server farm wher Google is going to use it for their own private purposes.
The point is that the Swat rolled up in a nicer neighbor hood, and the victim was a professional reporter with experience... To know how not to end up a "story" and keep a cool head in the middle of police screaming and such.
I'm a plain white IT guy. I lived in a "bad" neighborhood years ago. You start getting knocks on the door from police ar 3am for no reason and it goes to your head... Fast. If this happened to me, I'd end up a "story".
Swat tactics are designed to make people experience panic and "fight or flight". They are designed (military, police, psychologists...) to cause certain personalities (like average black people) to kick into violent defense mode so "suspects" can be arrested for fighting the swat team.
This is worthy of the Joker from Batman. We don't live in a society where people are that callous and mean. Someone picked up SWAT are trained for whistle and bell and lost their cleverness. The FBI isn't much better. They have an extremely predictable mo for things like Waco to repeat.. Usually it's wannabe martyrs that incite them.. What if it wasn't?

As their BUSINESS is running game servers, some clowns might have ALL the games on the same internal architecture. When a new game launches, you could move resources away from older games for a few days to handle the bump in traffic. But that would make sense. And treat game customers like humans.
EA isn't even that bright because they launched another game while this was going on... Really?
In another post I compared this to Walmart Black Friday where stores are under staffed and poorly laid out and humans are trampled (if only the excess damage rolled over to the corporate masters) and maimed or killed. This is EXACTLY what EA is doing... For entirely no point.
I just don't care to spend that much effort fixing something that should have had the option out-of-the-box. EA is a big company, if they want sales, sell a finished game. Getting upset and spending my TIME trying to hack it or pirate isn't worth the $60 anymore... The have created a situation where even FREE is losing me money.
The solution is that the servers needed to JUST WORK. As a grown up, waiting twenty minutes even twice has wasted more of my money/time than the price of the game... They're jerks, fix it.
