    ... dicovered that my new isp is filtering port 25 to any ip other then their own. I was using my own smtp server, and couldn't send any email. A simple nmap showed me that I needed to change that piece of config. All the rest it working perfectly.

    I think that's pretty reasonable thing to do for an isp, no? And what if I wanted to get around that, what shoud I do?

    How did you get that link? I tried to download it directly too, but all I came up was a 15k file, or sometimes smaller. And it wasn't video.

    bit off topic, but the way I see bittorrent, it's better for large files that will be downloaded by a lot of people around the same time. For a small, long lived document, there's always freenet and the other p2p networks.

    I'm responding to this post as well, since they're a bit contradictory.
    • By becoming public, google loses the ability to continue with constant steady growth and innovative R&D
    • your company is worthless to investors unless you continually grow and grow and grow
    So, which is it?
