No it's not, at least one person I know of will remember. And that person up until now has spent quite a bit of money with Blizzard on himself and others.

By ten thousand penguins typing on ten thousand computers for ten thousand years. It was then hidden in a secret temple in Finland until such time as it would be required to bring enlightenment to an ever darkening digital world. It was then released onto the face of the Earth by the binary sage Torvalds and nurtured by penguins, goats and other wild and captive creatures from all over the planet until it became the titan that walks among us today.
Take the drive out and have cables long enough to set the drive flat on a smooth non conductive surface, like a bench or table top. Turn the system on and give the drive a quick spin about a quarter turn around the axis of the platter, then listen to see if it spins up. If it was just a sticky spin motor it might let go, if it does, try and get your stuff asap. I've recovered data on a few drives like that. I've had a couple were this worked once but not twice, so you shouldn't press your luck. It's a long shot, but it gives quick easy results if it works.
I agree with BTL. Why would this be a problem? It solves a serious problem with only a minor inconveinience. I believe that this has been being done for years on color laser and color copy machines and no one seems to notice. (except maybe the counterfeiters, but I've never heard/read of any complaints about it from them.)
or perhaps copyrights could be shortened by say (as long as where pulling numbers out of a hat) 40% to compensate the noninfringing public for their monetary loss by building the public domain, which I think would serve a greater purpose.
I was refering to the Thailand article here. Not much an adult would be able to do if the actual servers and/or sites are closed down.(as in from 10p-6a)
It seems they wish to restrict "everyone", while saying it's for the "children".
Why can't there be a.kid domain which could act as a playpen for the children of parents who don't want the responsibility of managing/supervising their 'own' children.
Too bad you couldn't accept the popup, and then just redirect its output to the bit bucket. You would be accepting them, but you wouldn't have to look at them unless you wanted to. I don't code, so I'm not sure this is feasible, but it seems like a simple solution.
I have, in the past I've replaced solder in fuses, keyboard jacks, and clock modules. Of course it's not worth the bother nowadays, but when moneys tight you do what you have to.
"How do you explain the existence of anti-polygamy laws then?"
Made against the guy that had all the women, by the guys that didn't.
Why did no one notice who took them? Twice!
Senators, most probably don't watch much TV, and you'd be much better off weaning yourselves from the brain drain & wash hypnobox as well.
Television: One of the most abused weapons of mass instruction.
How many terrestrials do you need before you have extras?
No, I was in my mid twenties and paying my own bills. And it was please pay on your way out.

Take your selfdefeating attitude and shove it.
Last time I saw a doctor it was $90 for the visit. 15 mins with the doctor. That was over ten years ago so I'm guessing it's more now.
"Scarily the E-mail actually complies with the CAN-SPAM act as it only requires spammers to put an opt-out link in their mailings."
I would think that unless the link actually lets you opt out that it wouldn't qualify as an opt out link. No matter what you titled it.
I'm sorry Dave, I can't do that.
Who?
We used the word "computer" and they responded!

"Shades" We've got your Windows covered.
It is if the compensation comes from people who never benefited from the copyright holders work.

What about adult gamers?
