    That tends to happen when your basically the ONLY console. Not discounting Nintendo but its targeted a very different group of people than the PS3.

    I like the analogy but, come up with one that doesn't include a physical item. 'Stealing' requires a physical item to be actually stolen. Its definately infringement on a mass scale, so base your analogy on that rather than physical theft.

    But what we can do is decide to try to acknowledge and control the genie by selecting the next administration(s) carefully with our votes, rather than conceding to the genie's assurances that genie's don't exist, that nobody that seems to be missing is actually missing, that nobody *really* needs a trial, that torture and secret detention aren't *really* all that bad...

    But will the next candidate look good in a hunting jacket? Thats the real question because thats pretty much all that matters.

    As a shareholder, I expect them to stop this bull shit. Paying lawyers to go after the wrong people linking to a page from a service manual was a waste of money. Second, copyright law applies. A picture from the manual cannot constitute infringment because the picture alone is not causing damages to Apple in any way. It also should be considered fair use since the picture is just a small part of the original copyrighted work.
